I would like to say thank you to Ben at your Otley Branch for all the help he gave me for getting a special delivery to our Church in time for a Funeral service which we were having The urgency was because we had had our oil stolen and we had no heating for that ocassion Your attention on this ocassion was fantastic

I've just landed back from Italy, realised we were very low on oil (fumes!!!), and thanks to Stacy, we are getting a delivery, so we don't freeze (arrrgh), I don't know why I am surpised that you've saved our lives, we always get excellent service from Tates (especially from Stacey who we tend to deal with most of the time)...,
who needs other oil companies, NOT US!!!!

Tate Oil are amazing. I've just checked my oil and realised I was running on fumes. I called Tate Oil and they said they could deliver within a week, which isn't bad but not soon enough given my situation. I explained this to Sam (not sure of surname but top Irish accent) who promised to go and see if anything could be done. He then called me back as promised with a next day delivery slot. Absolutely brilliant and very much appreciated.

We have used Tate Oil for years and converse with Stacey Cousins on a regular basis, clear and precise communication, also deliver on time, great company to work with and great account manager.

I have been totally happy with Tate Oil and all those with whom I talk, currently Stacey. I’ve been a substantial purchaser, always loyal to Tate’s, and representing 25+ locals. I have no intention of changing to a different supplier; loyalty is important to me as is the ability to speak to somebody.

Stacey is very proactive, which is very good for a busy person like me, she always asks how we are fixed for fuel and she keeps very good diary appointments so I have a reminder when I need them

Tate are a great company delivering a really good service for their customers, I recently had an urgent need for domestic heating oil and when I called Tate's helpline, Stacey was so helpful and ensured I received a next day delivery which meant I didnt have to spend time and money searching elsewhere.
