Brilliant - I'd use Taurus again
At the time of ordering my bed Taurus Beds was on the look out for a new showroom, but I was convinced to order by the reviews stating how good their customer service was and I was definitely not disappointed.
The team were lovely to speak to and very helpful and full of advice - delivery was fantastic and they went above and beyond to cater for my particular requirements and the whole process was painless and hassle free from my perspective.
Top marks to Taurus Beds for the whole process of buying a bed - I'd use them again in a heartbeat - they're a bit like Ronseal Quick Drying woodstain in that they do exactly what it says on the tin - great company and great service

Excellent mattress
We have purchased five mattresses from Taurus beds over the past 37years and they have always been very comfortable and affordable. The bed we purchased from Taurus for our daughter when she was two is now being used by our grandson. An excellent company.

Very good communication from the outset both via email and phone. The beds were actually ready long before we were expecting but unfortunately we couldn’t take delivery as we were on holiday. The delivery date arrived and the beds arrived and were assembled quickly and efficiently by a very friendly and professional representative. We are very pleased with the quality. The fact the beds we ordered were hand painted was a nice feature and it’s good to know we can order the F&B paint if touching in is needed in the future. All in all a very good experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Taurus again

Good service
The bed was ready earlier than initially predicted and constructed efficiently. Unfortunately, they forgot to bring the headboards and were not able to deliver and fix those for another week - hence 4 stars rather than 5.
