As for delivery well alot quicker than website says. 2 delivery men who kept me updated throughout the whole day on how much longer they would be,even though i had a time slot. Very respectful of my home . I cant rate taurus beds enough thankyou guys it was a pleasure buying from you

Notification of non-delivery
I was expecting delivery on the arranged day, however, did not arrive. There was no notification informing me of the hold up, so I sent an email. After sending the email, I received a phone call with an apology and that Taurus Beds realised on this occasion that they were not at their best. My order arrived on the next day, and I was very happy that someone contacted me about my query straight away.

Very friendly helpful service
Very friendly helpful service. The mattress could not be delivered for a long time. I appreciate that this was outside their control and was due to a delay with the manufacturers. Also, because the shop in Finchley Road was in the process of of closing I could not view an example of the mattress in store and it was not quite how I imagined it.
