Barbara and Nathaly made the process of moving my vehicle from New Zealand to Australia simple and stress-free. The team at Taurus Logistics made it easy for us from the start. The agents were so helpful finding the right solution for us, very patient and giving us all the information we needed. They helped with the paperwork, kept us informed all the way and sent timely reminders. They organized the truck to pick up the bikes, crated the bikes and organized the import formalities in NZ. We only had to pick up the crates in NZ port.

Importing vehicles into Australia is a fairly complex and expensive process but Barbara and Sugandi did a great job of getting a motorbike that’s been in the family for years from the UK to Australia for me. If I was doing it again I’d 100% use Taurus but my advice for most people would be sell your car/bike and buy one here!

Highly recommend using Taurus. I was kept updated on the process, they were honest, transparent and assisted almost immediately when I had questions, and I had many ! Theres a few crossroads to negotiate throughout the process from the shipping company, documents to prepare for Aus Customs, insurance and their companies in Australia but it was seamless and stress free, they have all the experience and contacts to make it easier for us.
