The product was delivered promptly and the packaging was in good condition .I appreciated the two additional ‘tasters’ enclosed.
An earlier phone enquiry was helpful with efficient follow up .
Importantly the tea is delicious .

Amazing Product!!
I got the teapot and two cups as a birthday present and they're awesome!! I love that I don't get all the spills from traditional teapots and the clear teacups make pouring really easy to manage because you can see exactly how much you're pouring! Great design!!

Gravity teapot.
Recently purchased the gravity teapot. Very happy with the way it works. A little disappointed that it’s plastic and not glass as the cup and saucer are glass. It would be helpful if the inside strainer was easy to remove to assist in the cleaning. Otherwise all good.

Glass would be very delicate considering the design of the Gravity teapot and would not be durable.
