I ordered product from Taxain since 23rd Dec 2023, products were not delivered, they refused to refund my money. We have been exchanging mails back and forth with long stories from them.
I no longer believe a word they say and pls don't. I Believe they are fraudsters.

To update you on on my horrible experience with Taxain. I pursued there customer service 35/40 times to eventually get a refund 90%. What ever they were up to it hurt people.
I should have looked to trust pilot 1st.

I made an order, worth about £80, but am yet to receive what I ordered for. I saw the add on YouTube about M&S clearance sales and I thought it was true, only for me to get this experience.

SCAMMERS.
Order made on the 15th January, been following the scam tracker provided on the shipment email. Its been well over a month, according to the tracking my package was delivered. IT HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED TO DATE.
Please be aware of this scam, I have had to change all bank details, these are not trusted sellers and not associated with M&S.
I am so frustrated and was actually looking forward to receiving my items as i never get to treat myself.
Take your money elsewhere, don't waste hard earned money on these shoddy sites.

Latest update is them offering 50% refund. I said no- full refund. Think it's time to pursue it as a scam. I registered it with the fraud team ages ago but really hoped that the goods would arrive but I've lost faith now.

We ordered £32 worth of clothes (M&S Clearance site though obviously nothing to do with Marks and Spencers) which their delivery tracking said was on its way but final step said delivered . It wasn't. The tracking site was completely false. Bizarrely though, they were very quick at replying to my complaint and offered to send it again. When we asked for a refund instead they only offered 60%. We complained and said that if we didn't get 100% we would contact credit card company. They then agreed to give back 100% withing a few weeks. I was VERY surprised when we got a full refund a few days later especially as the site is shown as a scam site.

A complete SCAM. Ordered was never delivered and no Service Customer email reply. They cannot be contacted.

I had to contact my bank and renew my bank card
The trick they use is to not send you anything..then offer you a 60% refund..they then legally get to keep 40% of your money
Then another fake website is opened. They also have stored your bank details..fraudsters

These are scammers. Didn't deliver my parcel and wasted my time taking me through the shipping process of my parcel. I should have listened to my gut. Please do not be deceived.

They take your money and run, complete scammers, Where can you take these people to, who can get to these people???
Been waiting in vain for order and follow up for non delivery, nothing to date after ordering in December 2023

Unfortunately like many other I made a few purchases to the sum of £84+ and was given a tracking code which worked fine up to delivery from depot. and now there is no website to go to. I think the sites that promote these scammers should be fined. So they learn to vet who their take business from.

Do not order from this company under any circumstances..pretending to be an M & D outlet by they are nothing of the kind. They just take your money and run. All seems legit with tracking number for you to track but nothing with arrive..steer well clear. I will be reporting to my bank!!!!

I placed 2 orders from this company parading as M&S clearance sale from Taxain.com company in China. Given a tracking number. The goods seemed to be sold for unbelievably low prices. After 28 days, the tracking states its in my local depot and on its way to my house through Track718. I have been looking out and expecting this order in vain. No way to communicate to them. When you click on the online shop it has disappeared. Please help me out. I have been waiting for so long. I did try contacting via mail and did even get replies from them , saying they mistook the address and will soon resend them with a extra item as a compensation and would even provide a refund for the same. But haven't heard from them nor have I got my parcels yet ...been maybe 30 days now. Please help me out, what can I do ? Is there any possibility that I could get my money back. Such a fraud site

This is too bad.Rest like others I took ordered a black coat.I was tracking it continuously and reply was there but suddenly after 15th Jan web page was not there.No contact numbers to contact them.please try to sort this problem.Either the product or the amount to be refunded.

Ordered what I thought was M&S clearance sale coat on 23rd Dec. 2023. Tracked up until 18th Jan 2024 then when attempted to track further (after it stated that parcel was finally at Manchester depot for despatch) the website disappeared and tracking no. No longer accessible. Tried to contact them and they finally said they would see resend item but I would have to agree to all sorts of disclaimers. Then when I replied I wasn't satisfied with this , they offered a 60% refund or could reorder but wanted further payment! DO NOT deal with these fraudsters. I have reported to my bank who have very helpfully refunded payment and have logged them on their fraud list ande investigating via their online fraud dept

This is a scam , the tracking says the item was delivered 6 days ago so they have washed their hands and no help.
I have sent 4 emails today with no reply and their website has disappeared 😕
So they now have my money and I have no way of making contact.
So if anyone has a contact email that would be most helpful, I am in the uk

I ordered the goods in December 2023 and till date have not received the goods. The last time i checked it was in the depot. After that i can't trace them any longer. It is really a scam. Lost money though.

Don't buy from this company it's a scam. Looked genuine. Thought it was a M&S clearance sale. Ordered some goods. Kept following the tracking and today they say my goods have been delivered so where are they. I feel so annoyed because I am usually so careful buying on the internet. Can't believe I have been scammed. Trust me it's a scam don't buy from this company.
