As already specified many times by email, the disservice experienced for that booking was caused by an accident that the driver had, where unfortunately he was unable to communicate with our offices for many hours, resulting in the inclination/fracture of two ribs, and hospitalization where his personal items were withheld for at least 3-4 hours.
We checked our records, there are no calls to our office to report that the driver was not arriving, but this is not saying that it is his fault, absolutely. But we could send a driver in an emergency.
Having said that, our company tried several times to get in touch with you by telephone, but it seems that we have only received one answer by email, our company has also reimbursed the cost of the service 100%, and for what happened has offered you also the payment of 100% of the cost of the taxi that you had to take to the airport and a 100% discount code for the possible next airport transfer with many apologies for what happened.
This was not enough to stop your frustration in releasing a negative review even having had the opportunity to understand what happened, in fact we see that the only two reviews released by you on this engine were both negative and we seem to understand that it is a character with an easy negative review.
In our sector there are many problems due to the road and we always make sure to resolve any type of problem, we could have also resolved this situation amicably without any doubt.
If one day you want to try our company again, we will make you understand that your episode is part of that 0.2% of problems due to force majeure throughout Italy, obviously for which we consider ourselves responsible and that are part of our profession.
