Me and my husband bought this program a month ago and won a property at the auction today!! The team really gave us the confidence we needed to pull the trigger and bid with confidence. Cameron is awesome!! He helped us with the questions/concerns we had prior to bidding and was able to go over our list with us and provide his expert opinion. The program is definitely worth it because it covers ALL the steps from beginning to end. Excited for our first flip and to continue learning and growing in this field!

I recently joined the class and I've been learning a lot. Although I haven't purchased a property yet at auction, I am confident that I will soon. A special shoutout to Cameron but everyone in the team is great and knowledgeable.

I have been a client of Tax Lien School for about 15 months. During this time, I have invested in their Live Auction Wealth Accelerator and Tax Lien Ai-1 Training System offerings, attended a variety of their webinars and coaching sessions, and completed several self-directed tutorials.

While Dustin is the big cheese, my time has been spent with Josh, Cory, and Cam, each of whom is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and a great teacher. Their strong suits are that they are practitioners and investors with substantial portfolios of not only deeds and liens but also the real estate acquired in connection with them, and they are NOT simply salesmen pressuring their clients to invest in their services, unlike their competitors I have considered working with.

They also make clear that, like anything worth having and any investment that will be rewarding, there is no magic: it is up to the student to do the work to learn the processes required for success.

When I first joined Dustin Hahn's program, I was excited but also impatient. In the beginning, I struggled and even considered asking for a refund because I felt I wasn’t getting enough guidance. Looking back, I realize I wasn’t fully ready and still had a lot to learn about how this process truly works.

Over the past few months, with their team's support, I’ve gained knowledge and confidence, and I’ve also seen clear improvement on their side. Josh has done a great job teaching different strategies for tax liens and tax deeds, and keeps us informed during the weekly Q&A sessions. Cameron has been willing to get on one-on-one calls when I needed extra help, taking his time and never rushing me. That personal support has made a real difference. Cory has provided helpful technical guidance and manuals that make things easier to follow, and Jack, although newer to the team, has been responsive and helpful with communication.

Whatever questions that I may have whether big or small I'm receiving answers in a timely fashion

I had a strategy call that seemed to turn into a high-pressure sales call. I only have 2,000$ and the guy told me it wasn't enough to start out with. Not only that but it wasn't even enough for training. He was telling me to get a loan from them. I'm not making that much on SSDI. I don't want to get a loan, and I'm not.
This seemed like a bait and switch, because on their YouTube channel they keep saying you can get into tax foreclosures with very limited funds.
They just lost a subscriber.
It did however push me to finally get my membership at TAX SALE SUPPORT. They seem better. And they aren't as pushy as DH, even though they do have a mentorship program to.

Tax Lien Certificate School; Josh and Cameron are top notch. Their knowledge and experience is not superficial. Their patience and teaching of the process certainly saves from making very costly mistakes. I walk away from the auction and training knowing that I can do this and anywhere that I decide to do this.

For years I had hoped for a genuine team such as this to come across my path. They are out on the front lines daily with great content and a true attitude of service. I attended the latest Houston auction with Joshua and Cameron. The participation with action is what I needed to build my confidence. Great Experience with The Total Freedom Business 4.0

My name is Heather, and I joined Tax lien certificate school about two months ago. In the beginning, I struggled a bit because I wasn’t sure how to get the help I needed. But I quickly discovered that the best way to ask questions is through the chat box on the main page — and that made a huge difference.

At first, I was eager and thought I could buy a property right away. I reached out to Cameron often, trying to rush the process. But I soon realized that tax lien investing takes time, practice, and patience. In the beginning, I was spending 5–6 hours just trying to understand how to find OTC tax deed opportunities. But now, after two months, I know exactly where to go and what to do.

I’ve already purchased 26 tax lien certificates in Florida, and I now understand that consistent effort and learning are key. First week working with these guys. God works in mysterious ways. After watching numerous videos on YouTube I took a chance on myself & I'm glad I did. They're very organized when it comes to their students & down to earth. Thank you guys for everything & its just the beginning!!!

Finally, a group that understands how coaching works. I came here after a rough experience with the US tax lien association honestly expecting the same thing, I was pretty damn nervous. Joseph had good energy while being incredibly friendly and Saul was really good help in letting me know my options and reassuring me. The price is reasonable at first but glad I pulled the trigger with him. The modules and education are nice, very informative, and when ever I had questions about my upcoming auctions, I got the support I needed from the coaches. On my 4th month now, no complaints. I'm sitting on 5 properties hoping they don't redeem but I absolutely wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the help from these folks. On top of that, big fan of AI tools and they have one.

My partner and I were looking forward to learning more about Dustin's program. I had an initial discovery call with Joseph who was very professional that led to the follow up call with James Norman to discuss their coaching program in detail. Very quickly it became obvious by the line of questioning by James that this was a "one call close" scenario. He explained that after walking us through the program, if we were not able to make a decision within 5-10 minutes of him finishing, we would not be allowed to join the program ever. I don't know if this is a directive from above or if this guy is just a rogue pushy sleazy sales agent but I don't understand how anyone can do business that way. My partner got offended by how James was pushing and questioned him, which led to James stating "This will not be a good fit" and literally hanging up the phone on both of us. I've never been on a call like that. Shame on this agent and the company for handling their business like this. We've since joined another program and take every opportunity to share what an awful experience we had on that call with that sales agent. I wish I had recorded the call to show others how not to run a sales call and how to 100% ruin a brand.

I have been looking at a bunch of "experts" online and they all want huge money upfront for what these guys sent me for free....
Free ebooks, free online courses....... before you go spend any money on seminars and 3 day weekend classes..... you should check this out!

Spoke to a Bobby, who was very disorganized about scheduling and acted as a qualifier for their $12,000 class. They have an extensive sales pitch to abstract personal info from you. Very shady!
Also, a guy by the name of Brandon ( claims to be a Executive )says“ I have been with Dustin Hahn for several years, it’s been a journey“ These guys are full of puffery. What a waste of time! Sales Clowns!

The initial marketing team was very withholding and only emphasized on initial capital. The ROI looks promising but the course is NOT worth the investment. Please do your due diligence into these "gurus"

I've followed Dustin’s videos on YouTube and wanted to take this more seriously as a business. So I started researching about Dustin’s course. I was skeptical after seeing a warning message from Trust Pilot about Dustin’s company. However, I reconsidered that this is the internet and people can be malicious. Also, what helped my decision to purchase is how I've seen Dustin responded to a viewer on a live webinar, why choose his course and not Competitor X. He did not bash the competitors nor try to convince that his is the best. That showed integrity and someone I'd do business with.

The program is lengthy but very good / practical blue print to get you started. However, my learning style is different and prefer more hand holding to push me to take action. I expressed my challenges to Cory and James and got a refund. this is like a DIY roadmap, providing information to know how to do proper research and assessment on each property. They have a chat box and other ways to contact a team member. I recommend Tax Lien Certificate School

Dustin and Team have provided all the necessary information regarding tax liens and deeds. Learn at your own pace and all questions are promptly answered. I have learned a lot by joining this community and purchased the AI course, a great tool!
I have participated in other workshops but the upscale was rediculous! Dustin’s method is clear and concise and purchasing his program was worth the money. I’m still learning and started to invest with success.
