I participated in the RE Mastery class with Eric Lloyd. He is a great facilitator. Went over possible real estate deals. By doing the ARV each time, it improved my timing and confidence. Having an open Mic allows for flowing conversations and networking with other investors.

I recently attended the Immersion training led by Eric Lloyd. It was time well spent. The session followed a well-designed agenda but remained flexible enough to explore specific interests of the attendees. It provided a hands-on approach to the basics of tax lien and deed investing, and notably, was entirely void of sales pitches.

We broke out into groups, so it challenged us to remember what was taught. The training is superb/top-notch; the speakers are amazing and very knowledgeable. My concierge, Tana King, has been so responsive and helpful; she answers all of my questions and makes me feel so comfortable with the process. I thoroughly enjoyed the Tax Lien Mastery and Tax Deed Mastery courses that were facilitated by Megan (sorry I can't remember her last name - I think it is Shaw). The Immersion class allowed me to hit the ground running. I was fearful at first to go through the process of putting a bid in, but Eric Lloyd has been a wonderful resource - his knowledge and teaching has made me more comfortable with tax deeds. I am reviewing his recordings for Fix and Flips and I'm equally as excited to explore some deals and do my first flip in the next few months. I forgot to mention, my coach, Skyler Tolman - he is a wealth of information and had some awesome experiences to share; I'm looking forward to working with him in the future. This course is so worth the investment.
