The Immersion session provided insights and details on how to invest in tax liens and deeds. It also provided the setup and structure of the business model and how to properly maintain and keep an organization profitable with the key component of ‘due diligence’ being shown in the process. I found the training informative, productive, and Eric did a great job of fielding and answering my questions and providing key insights into success while working with TLWB. Eric Lloyd and Steve Willey helped me tremendously to have and complete this experience.

The Immersion class was definitely a highlight for me. The Instructor Eric Lloyd has a very smooth teaching style. Informative and friendly at the same time. Any topic the class wanted to explore deeper we went with that tangent and never really got off topic. A smooth progression of Tax Deed knowledge, Tax Liens and due diligence. Very informative.

I just attended a 3 days event with them in Orlando Fl. In the 3 days event there's plenty of good information.
Day 1 excellent, plenty of good guidance.
Day 2- well there's the catch.....when you seat down with one of those "instructors' or facilitators to have a private conversation about....Memberships.
So they "promise" that they would help me get my first deal which we know in these business margins are very tight. Back to membership: Gaines told me that I would perfectly fit in the $ 17,500 membership.
They go as much as $35,000!
The room was filled with ordinary people that was crystal clear that they don't have that kind of money to start that the "business".
Don't worry! Here comes the flood(Peter Gabriel song): They offer you....$ 100k zero interest to start. There's a Lender in the spot.
In my case with a great credit score they approved me for......$ 15,000! wow.
Gaines recommended me to use the loan to pay up my membership! Great Mr. Gaines. I don't believe they offer the same deal for each participant. In my case maybe they thought I was a big shot and could afford to pay the membership.
After my private consultation I left home for never come back. It looks to me their business is to upsell memberships....Highly disappointed. I wonder I could take a look on their flips, tax deeds etc. I wonder all those 5 star reviews! Gift cards????

At the inmersion I learned how to use the software step by step

Our experience with one of the company's coach has been exceptional. He is knowledge in real estate. Because of his teaching, we are confident that we will be successful if we apply what we have learned from him.

Freddy Diaz, Jesus Topete, and Vivienne Osmena are great coaches. They are patient with us and take the time to teach everything properly. I really appreciate their effort and dedication.

At times, it was a little hard for me to hear due to the loud environment, but they all did the best they could under the circumstances, and I have no complaints.

The immersion was an amazing experience. Derek was so insightful and determined to make sure all of us there, received as much information as our brains could hold. Derek and my concierge Steve have, worked hard at making sure I understand how to do my Due Diligence in whichever way i chose to invest. I appreciate all of their knowledge, time and patience. To be honest I got a lot of information during last 5 days seminars and also after Stive was very help full for me to and direct me to how making navigation tru the system for extra learning by watching different videos.

My experience with the immersion was enlightening and valuable. Irving was thorough and provided hands on case studies that improved my knowledge and interest in the program.

I have truly enjoyed my experience learning the ins and outs of Fix and Flip investing with Tax Lien Wealth Builders. I have always been interested in flipping homes so after learning that coaching is available through the Fly Out sessions, I signed up. I was paired with my two coaches Daniel Ray and Dan Dyer, who have been nothing short of amazing. I have had guided coaching through all the steps involved in flipping a home from creating my team, generating leads, selecting the right properties, due diligence, funding, and different exit strategies. I've even received coaching on other aspects of real estate investing such as gas lending. I have access to so much educational material through the portal but the coaching sessions are where this program shines. Daniel and Dan have shared a wealth of information that I could never have picked up passively. They've directly coached me through evaluating and placing of offers on properties. I highly recommend TLWB for real estate investment coaching and I am eternally grateful to my coaches Daniel Ray and Dan Dyer for all I've learned and continue to learn from them.

We want to take the time to thank Coach Freddy and Vivienne for all of their help. We had a great experience learning how to implement strategies to find properties to invest and do fix and flips. We currently have made a profit of $20k and are in the process of closing on our next property for another profit of $20k. The knowledge the program has brought us with our coach has opened our minds on how to invest in real estate. We are very thankful to have found the program and we hope this program helps others as it has helped us.

The two-day Tax Lien Immersion provided a comprehensive and valuable learning experience. I would be interested in attending again, as further participation could deepen my understanding. The instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable, which contributed greatly to the positive classroom environment

At immersion class I learns lpt about due diligence

Angelo is an excellent coach. He made searching for tax deeds seamless. He was able to answer all questions. My partner and I was able to fully participate in an auction and bid on land. Although we didn't win any land it was an invaluable experience. I look forward to future bids.

At the Immersion, I learned actual placing of bid to the live auction. Got in to the small community of students who are eager to learn and dive in the tax sales business. Coach was really paying attention to everyone and not leaving anyone behind if not catching up. We dove in more in tax deeds doing our due diligence, looking at comps for the value of the property, going to websites like realauction.com and registered.
Looking forward to another event like the Expo for bigger chance of expanding my network for this business.

My experience with the immersion was exciting and very handsome on. If I had a recommendation will be to ensure those in the class our on same page as the class.

Freddy, Chris, Vivian & Cutler are the best! Freddy's training style is organized and succinct. There's so much support and education you feel welcome and everyone is THE TEAM. I really enjoyed the experience of the Pre-Flyout sessions with Chris (he's so patient) and made me accountable, walking properties with Freddy and talking with Realtor's was so important. Of course, Vivian and Cutler's support is spectacular! Thank you everyone.
