I will not recommend this service to anyone. I was alot of money close to 400 euros for using them and this was what I could have done myself

Your tax refund is paid directly to them not you
They do your tax calculations and you will be refunded tax. Of course they charge a fee for this which is fair. But I was shocked to see their bank details on my revenue account so all my payments were to go to them. I was then to have my tax refund returned to me by this company. This is shady and I was surprised they were even able to change the bank details in my revenue account.

To operate as a tax agent in Ireland you have to receive refunds on behalf of your clients. When you signed up to our services, you agreed to this. We would appreciate if you could amend your review score as we feel this is harsh and not a fair reflection of our business.
We outline the terms clearly on our site and you have to click to agree to them. So to then say it is shady even though you agreed to the terms we feel is not fair.

After I completed the form, my account in Revenue had their Bank account info instead of mine and they would receive my tax return income if I didn't see and change to my details again.

We previously processed refunds into our company account on behalf of all Irish clients — this has long been standard practice across the tax refund industry. However, we have since updated our process and now charge a small flat fee, with refunds going directly to clients’ own bank accounts.
You agreed to these terms when signing up, and we completed the refund service as outlined. We’re unsure how providing the agreed service warrants such a negative review, and we’d appreciate it if you could amend your comments to reflect this.

This is a harmful review for our small Irish business.
You signed up to our services and agreed to our terms and conditions when doing so.
We are not a scam, we are a tax agent like many of the big competitors but with lowers fees and a faster service. You agreed to the terms and suggest that you take ownership of your decision making rather than try to destroy the reputation of a small business that has helped over 90,000 clients in Ireland receive millions in tax back from the government.

Everyone should be doing this.
Super straightforward and quick process to get a tax refund. Literally takes a few minutes to fill out the online form and got a cheque in the post. Everyone should be doing this.
