listen,let me be VERY clear.When you are dealing with peoples money you MUST have a way for customers to reach you.This tazapay's customer service is VERY bad they have no phone number to contact them, they have no live chat they NEVER return emails.I can say with 100% confidence if you join tazapay you will regret it.Whatever their reply dont believe it,they do not provide any customer service you will be in limbo.

I paid for two months but the expiry date shown only 1 month 😡 so I'm not sure your system is correct

BAD (zero) Customer Support - Can't view proof of fulfillment!!.

Terrible customer support. And it's about a key feature of Tazapay's service. Proof of fulfillment is inaccessible and does not work! Tazapay won't respond or fix!

I have sent/made least 2 different tickets to solve this problem over a period of a more than a month and sent multiple follow up emails to check it's status.

In my first ticket, my email complaint was forwarded to ahulshinghal @Tazapay and
akash @Tazapay but I have heard nothing. I have sent multiple follow up emails over several weeks but have never gotten any response.

I have provided transaction numbers as well as screenshot/video capture of the issue to customer support as well.

I cannot click and view the proof of fulfillment from my sellers. It used to work and did on my very 1st transaction, but doesn't work anymore. The error is now present too if I view my 1st transaction. I would like to see for myself proof of fulfillment from seller such as postage receipt & tracking number. Otherwise, there's no point to using Tazapay. I'm now using TransferWise.

This is unacceptable and not due to any misunderstanding or error on my part. I've reached out and tried to fix it. I've resorted to making this review since Tazapay seems to read and respond to them.

WHERE is the buyer protection???

So much for buyer protection with escrow on funds sent to sellers. There really is no security with Tazapay.

On one seller transaction Tazapay did not wait for any tracking number and in fact did not check anything before releasing my funds to a seller. The seller told me to cancel my payment because he could not supply the goods but the funds were already with Tazapay who released the funds without any substantiation whatsoever. WORSE the seller sent the funds back to Tazapay to give back to me BUT Tazapay returned those funds back to the seller so I still don't have my money back.

On another transaction, the seller sent me a tracking number that never went "live" on India Post and I advised Tazapay about this but they still released the funds. I provided Tazapay with evidence and an admission from the seller that they could not supply the goods and had issued a tracking number just to get the funds released but Tazapay say they are still waiting on "documentation from the seller". What documentation - it does not exist so why haven't I got my money back? Isn't Tazapay supposed to protect buyers from these situations???

I understand that there was a little of bit of confusion with the first transaction, and as explained to you by someone from our team through email, the first transaction was made via direct and not escrow. That's why we did not require any shipping documents before releasing the payment to the seller.

Regarding your second point, where it was mentioned that the seller sent back the payment to us but then we again returned it to the seller, it was inaccurate as the seller had tried to send the money to us and by mistake, he entered the wrong bank details and hence the payment got rejected. I believe that the proof was provided via email along with the explanation.

Lastly, for the second transaction, we sincerely apologize that it was not actioned on time. I know that this can be really frustrating and very inconvenient for you. Please know that refund has been initiated and you can expect the credit in the next 5-10 business days.

After trying unsuccessfully and with various problems , stripe , paypal , authorize.net , I discovered Tazapay ! Absolutely delighted, I can work in peace knowing that my funds are not going to be frozen, the funding is super fast, my clients have no problems with reclining payments, they also love Tazapay, and if I have any problems I can sleep peacefully, I communicate by WhatsApp with the adorable Himanshi, and when I wake up in the morning she already solved the problem for me. absolutely recommended! and only for 3% ....

Poor Service, Such a Shame

I try to give all companies I sign up for the benefit of the doubt. With this in mind, I have to say that Tazapay falls well short of my expectations. The only way I can get the attention of this company is via Trust Pilot which is a shame.

The company website is impressive but on this occasion, the customer service is not so good. After sending 5 emails about the system issues, I received 1 reply on Trust Pilot.

Please respond to your customers needs via your customer support?

Waiting for 20hrs

I transferred money 20hrs ago and uploaded proof of deposit, but it's still on waiting.
There are no delay for deposit money, even 1sec in my country.
It's about money, they must have live chat.

Upon checking, since the payment was made via bank transfer, it took some time to get credited to on our end but we have now received it. Therefore, the status has been updated.

We are definitely not a scam.

The reason why the payment was on hold because we process the payouts of Pharma sellers weekly every Thursday. And last time it was processed was on 28 July.

On checking, we found that your documents got uploaded on 29 July. Hence, the payout of your transactions were queued to process today, which already got processed as scheduled. You must get the amount credited to your account by today's end of the day or in next 24-48 business hours.

Still terrible service

Still terrible service. They won't return my emails and keep telling me my package is on its way when I have proof it was sent back to the sellers. Their policy is to return money to those who do not receive their packages and I won't ever get my package, but now they won't answer emails.

@tazapay this is a biggest scammer merchant gateway don't ever trust them. First they approve your kyb they release one payment then at once the take 7-8 payments and will suspend your account. Never ever use tazapay for any kind of transaction fraud company.

Used Tazapay for our consultancy business and got the funds same day from our US Buyer , We just had to pay 3% fee for-using card.

One of the best and cheapest for Business transactions, Easy to integrate and supportive customer service team.
