Poor customer service, trying to return items.
Placed an order for a top via Decathlon website, but unfortunately don't fit. I have emailed TCA at Hello at tca.fit twice and not heard anything back yet.
I have spoken to Decathlon but they say it's a third party sale and so the return has to be done with TCA.
I have tried contacting TCA through their web form twice without reply.

Poor customer service, trying to return items.
Placed an order for x3 tops via Decathlon website, but unfortunately they don't fit. I have tried numerous times to contact TCA and have spoken to Decathlon but they say it's a third party sale and so the return has to be done with TCA.
I have tried contacting TCA through their web form twice without reply. I have had to open a dispute via PayPal as the customer service is non existent.

Great products, non-existent customer service
Placed an order for top, but didn't realise I chose the wrong size until it arrived. I tried contacting TCA through their web form twice without reply. I then went through the return/exchange process and sent the item back. Once again I contacted them to check the item would be replaced, but still no reply. I have absolutely no issues with the products, they are the best I have found for my running needs, but the customer service is seriously lacking.

Customer Services are None Existent
Sounds like I’m not the only one having issues with this company and it’s poor customer service.
I returned some running shorts back over two weeks ago, for a refund.
Three emails to customer services and I’ve even commented on FB about the none existent customer services and still not response.
Personally I will not use this company ever again. And I warn anyone using them to pay on a credit card as that way you are covered if they haven’t issued a refund or acknowledging they are doing so.

Still awaiting my return payment
I had to return the item I purchased via Yodel Collect+
I am still waiting for a refund
Yodel do not now give paper receipts with a tracking number, they are supposed to send an email with the details etc. I didn't receive an email at all
With no tracking number It is impossible to get help
I have been in touch with TCA over the past few days but not getting anywhere fast. I realise that this may partly be Yodel at fault but as the seller it should be possible to get some assistance from them

AERON SHORT 2.0
I have purchased several pairs of the AERON SHORT 2.0 and love the fit and comfort, great to see a British company doing such a great job.
One problem is I have been trying to buy another pair of these shorts in black for the last six weeks but no small size is ever available!!
Why are they not available?, in fact, many of the colour range has no small sizes, please TCA sort this out, please!
