It's maybe to advanced form, I'm finding it very hard to navigate. I've paid for a whole month at $89, which seemed kinda pricey, and now foe some reason I've paid for another. I still haven't managed to make 1 course or even start making sales.

So far, the worst customer service I have ever encountered on similar websites. It just can't have any humans to reply to you. It's all AI agents give you a template reply now. I tried to contact them by message on the website and email, all went to Sunny (AI agent), and even though I requested to contact with human, still AI replied. That's the custom service you can expect, even though you paid $189/month. If you haven't uploaded any of your courses yet, please don't. Try another website.

Years ago I felt Teachable was an incredible product with awesome customer service and I was happy to pay for what it could do. In the past 2/3 years I have felt increasingly disappointed with the way their fees work. They add new features instead of polishing the ones that matter: Despite my loyalty. I’ve been disappointed with the slow and I would say “copy pasted from the knowledge base” customer support responses that can take up to 2 weeks to receive. It used to be “same day”. The disconnect between support and other departments is even reflected by the fact today they still invited me to leave a review on Trustpilot. I mean, why choose me to send the review request? The truth is I feel trapped! The alternatives such as LearnWorlds make the cost of switching high because I’m not able to migrate our courses elsewhere with ease. Every few months I spend time researching other options and look forward to the day I can break free.

The platform works but the suddenly increased prices and little marketing tools made me leave for a competitor.
A lot of features are not intuitive, there's a lot of room for improvement.

I am using Teachable since 2021 and I absolutely love it.
For a wile I was thinking to change platform as I am not utilizing the landing pages, but have them build outside the platform.
But then I thought. I have more then 2.000 students and nobody ever complained that they couldn’t enter the library or open a lesson or access a course.
Like no one!
There was no reason to change something that was working so well!
I will be here with my Video Courses for long time to come 😊

I spent a lot of time with Sunny trusting that it was providing correct information only to learn that everything Sunny stated was incorrect, misleading ,and not doable. It is also frustrating to learn that teachable has so many limitations including but not limited to not being able to choose the curriculum on a sales page without restricting the entire curriculum. It appears every time I need to do something that should be simple it's not something teachable can provide despite all of the modern technology that exists today. And human customer service hours should be expanded.

I have just deleted my school after a few years. They don't help you; in fact, their customer service is bogus. You can send as many messages as you want; they won't get replied to. The last straw was this year, when they decided to move me to a higher plan, with out my permission. I was not consulted or asked if I wanted it, Tehy were just ready to make a move on my bank account. Stay away from this platform. Do your research and read the thousands of horror stories, even on YouTube!

I had my course up Since August 2024. So far I have sold $450 worth of courses. 6 months later I only received $90 in payment TOTAL. Obviously something is wrong. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help, chat or email.
This is the worst. I am considering moving back to my previous platform.
