Avoid This Amateur Courier Company - Dreadful Service

Processed a parcel via Pack and Send in Sydney to my son in Victoria. Was told 5 business days and text to my son when nearing drop off point. It took 11 days. Truck had accident in Melbourne (hope drivers were ok). Parcel took a whack so gaming monitor damaged. Communication with Pack and Send and TGE was non existent. Nobody responded to e-mails. No responsibility taken. Parcel was dropped at inconvenient location. Rubbish service. Avoid!

Big thumbs up from me

I have read all the negative reviews here, and I just don’t understand them. I can't fault the service. All my international parcels get through customs, and I receive them the very next day. I live in rural New South Wales, and the service we get from other couriers is quite poor. It can take over seven days for parcels to reach me, while the post office usually delivers in two or three days. So, I give a big thumbs up to Team Global Express!

The absolute worst delivery experience

The absolute worst delivery experience!
I organised a third party collection through the contact us number who stated they sent an email to the people at the collection point. When my third party arrived to collect it a day later they said they had not received any emails and wouldn’t relinquish the parcel. I then reorganised the collection and this time my collector was told it had been returned. When I contacted the company they stated that someone had collected the parcel and they had not received any idea who or where it was. There was no escalation process that could be managed over the phone, the person I spoke to was in another country and could barely hear me and was on a terrible line. Absolutely useless!!

VFS Passport delivery. Extremely poor customer experience.

Extremely poor customer experience.
I missed a call from the courier and returned it within 6 minutes, but despite several attempts I couldn’t get through. One call had me waiting 17 minutes with no agent answering.

For something as critical as passport delivery, this is unacceptable. VFS Dubai should seriously reconsider and engage a more professional courier/dispatch service provider. Lack of responsiveness and poor communication throughout.

did not delivered expensive pain medication

I did not choose this company my pharmacy did and now they have delayed hundreds of dollars worth of pain medication leaving me to raw dog diabetic neuropathy because their driver lied about trying to deliver. i was home, windows open, multiple people in the house who would of heard a single knock. now even though i paid 15 dollars to have it delivered its been delayed and sent to a random depot and told to wait for an sms that its ready to pick up. this depot is a 10 minute drive from my home so why is it still not ready? why am i charged and not rendered a service? i was hung up on in the online chat without resolution AND NOW im sent the exact same email and text as yesterday saying its going to be redelivered but i was told that meant to the depot and not the original delivery address which is asinine never use this company never ever ever it is terrible across the board.

Beware !

Do not use this company unless you are forced to. Their service is terrible. Was awaiting a delivery from RAK bank which was supposed to arrive before 4pm. Having not heard anything from their courier by about 12pm I tried to call their contact number about three times. Each time it said no agents available and just cut me off. Tried their WhatsApp tracking service and it didn't work. Messaged on their chat on WhatsApp and no response ! How bad can they get ? Received a call a 5pm by which time I had gone home. Was then messaged that they couldn't deliver because of change of location. No it was because they didn't deliver the whole day ! I will contact RAK bank to ask why are they associated with these clowns.

I ordered POS rolls from RAK BANK 6…

I ordered POS rolls from RAK BANK 6 day’s back, but still not received. When I call to the customer care then I get to know they already delivered on 16th December. Tracking no RAKPOS20001488. but we didn’t received yet. Maybe delivered on wrong address…😔😔😔 so pathetic experience happened.. we running out of pos rolls 😔😔😔

Team Global Express is the worst delivery service I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

I paid for priority delivery for essential medicine that was scheduled to arrive last Monday. So far, for consecutive days, the tracking has shown the exact same scan that is in the depot, despite being informed by support that it was out for delivery.

When you try to communicate with the customer support team, it is only via unhelpful online chatbots or an offshore team, which seems to be the same as their call centre. * I have been waiting four days for a promised callback from their staff with absolutely zero communication in the meantime. * After finally receiving an update over the weekend apologizing for the delay and promising delivery the next business day, the package still did not come. * When contacting the staff after this broken promise, they were rude and unhelpful.

Just admit you have lost my package so I can follow the process with the sender to have a replacement sent out using any other service but yours.

Unprofessional, lazy, and rude is how I would summarize this company. Do yourself a favor and choose a different courier.

Avoid this company

Such bad service nearly a month of express shipping and still waiting . A Christmas Gift which i feel will never receive on time. i am not sure how they are surviving . if they cant handle it they should close their company. Shipment started from overseas on 17th of November and today is 16th of December. talking on the phone, chatting multiple times. i feel they all are lying because every time when i talk to them they give me different information. I would never ever ever use this service.

TGE RUBBING THEIR HANDS CLEAN OF DAMAGE TO OUR PROPERTY
In October, Team Global Express delivered a large order of bathroom items from Zure to our property. While the truck was parked and the driver was unloading the goods into our garage, hydraulic oil from the trucks tailgate leaked considerably over our driveway, obviously leaving a large stain. (It trickled the whole way down the road when he left, too).
Upon discovering the damage, we got in contact with TGE, who agreed to fix it. First of all, they sent out someone to clean it, which everyone in our street scoffed at, because there was no way they were getting it off with just a scrub. They specifically told us that if this did not work, they would fit the bill for resealing the driveway.
Time went by, and someone else must have got on board who was not having any of that at TGE, because all of a sudden Carol Sampaklis from Zurich Insurance was on the case, asking for proof- proof that we had already provided to TGE. Our security camera caught the whole thing happening. So we sent that footage to Carol as requested, and she just said that it was accidental, not their problem basically, and unless we can provide further evidence to prove it happened (which we did with VIDEO FOOTAGE) the case was closed.
So they went from saying that they would graciously repair the damage to getting their insurer on board to rub their hands clean of it. I guess it is no surprise, though, given the bad reviews from everyone else, that we should have expected it to be so easy- that they are a company that strives to be ethical, moral and stick to their word.
Our driveway repair would have cost around a measly $3k, which is nothing in comparison to the exorbitant amount they are most likely paying Christine Holgate to burn it to the ground. We sincerely wish this business would go out of business, that online retailers realise they might be saving money using them, but in reality, they are causing major issues with customers when using this dodgy mob- the proof is in all of these bad reviews!
Angels will be singing in heaven when TGE hopefully goes bust.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Very rude and extremely disrespectful — from customer service all the way to the delivery team. I waited the whole day for my delivery, then the driver called me saying I’m outside his zone and he cannot deliver. When I called the company, their attitude was very rude. I asked to track my passport and they just said ‘it’s on the way’ with no update, no call, no confirmation. They completely wasted my day, and when I followed up again, they told me to come and collect it myself. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. First experience I wasn’t home when the parcel was delivered - so they took it to a service collection point 20km away, despite the fact there is one less than 5kms away! Trying to redirect a parcel that was being delivered yesterday or today. Spent over an hour in a pointless conversation with first a chat bot then a customer service rep who said I can’t change the delivery location to a service point until after 5pm. That could have been disclosed up front. Then I tried to call and spent over 45 minutes in a queue before I had to go because I also have a job. There’s no option to change collection point on their website and no option to give feedback or to complain. It’s a total joke and puts me off ordering from retailers who use this company for their deliveries as it’s so inconvenient. They’re actually worse than Australia post - something I never expected to hear myself saying!

Delivery service is terrible

Delivery service is terrible.
They give a delivery time frame of 8am - 5pm so unless you're able to sit at home all day waiting, your parcel will be taken to the depot which really defeats the purpose of delivery doesn't it? Good luck if you don't have a car.
Also wait time to speak to a representative is over 40 minutes long and even then it is obvious they are on multiple chats while talking to you.

late deliveries. no customer service

Shipment got delayed in Sydney. Annoying but understandable. It finally gets to Adelaide and says out for delivery. At 330pm it says "outside of delivery window". Tried to use the "manage my delivery" option to just go and collect it myself. Everytime I tried to submit the form an error message came up. Next day its out for delivery again so I arrange to work from home to make sure im home if they try to deliver it. An hour later it says "technical issues occured". I have now been on hold for 59 minutes so far trying to get through to someone to find out what is happening and if there is somewhere I can just get my parcel myself.

Terrible service

Terrible service. My parcel was delayed without explanation, and contacting support was impossible. No accountability and no regard for customers’ time. I will not be using this courier again. Even the driver is a liar, how can the bank company trust this courier service?

DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT DELIVERY

DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT DELIVERY - CAUGHT ON CCTV - WALKING IN AND OUT

I was home all day on 11 November 2025 waiting for a delivery that Team Global Express claimed was delivered to my unit at 11.10 am. It was not. The delivery driver never rang my apartment buzzer and never approached the building manager, who was on duty at the lobby counter from 8 am to 2 pm. In fact, the manager observed the driver walk in and immediately leave without attempting delivery.

I am a wheelchair user and rely on delivery services because I cannot collect parcels myself. Instead of delivering as paid for, Team Global Express took my parcel to a service hub. When I called to ask for proof of delivery, they could not provide any. I was told the parcel would be re-delivered, yet three days later it was not. When I contacted the hub, I was told the parcel had been returned to the sender.

Team Global Express’s conduct is exclusionary and deeply disrespectful toward people with disabilities. They fail to meet even basic delivery commitments, despite charging premium prices. Their management disregards customer requests and ignores accessibility obligations, showing a complete lack of accountability. It is no surprise they have so many one-star reviews. What is surprising is that reputable retailers like Seed Heritage and Country Road continue to use a company that consistently fails to provide service and actively disadvantages customers with disabilities.
The best part was when I sent someone to pick up the parcel it had been returned to the sender. So I am without the parcel, have paid for the goods, paid for the postage and got nothing. Great Job Team Global Express - another out-sourced company with zero accountability!
I would love to attach the CCTV footage but the website won't allow the upload!!!!
