I had major concerns after reading reviews. I received what seems to be a standard message of delays of 48 to 72 hours for delivery. I contacted company through message system, had my order reviewed and received it next day. The driver rang my bell ( I'm in units) and waited for me with package and checked i could carry it. Fears allayed and one very happy customer.
This is the worst transport business I have ever dealt with. We are located in a town area right beside the highway, but Google has misnamed our street. Their driver only uses Google so tells us our address is wrong and wont deliver even though they drive right past our house. We are expected to drive 60klm to the depot to pick up our delivery. I have given them my phone number for the driver to ring, but they wont do that. I have taken photos of the front of our house, the street name signand given to them.No response. We have daily deliveries from several carriers who have never had a problem. There is no response from the local depot.

I have had on two different purchases within the last month stuffed up by TGE . Both of these items a week apart were sent from Melbourne to Geelong and then after I contacted them sent back to Melbourne , the first finally getting to me where I live 160klm east of Melbourne . They did the same with second, however they don't have a clue where it is and that was 3 weeks ago.

Terrible service. No real time tracking so you are left waiting for a number of days for a delivery. I dont understand why companies use these terrible services to ruin their customer experience.

Team Global Express, otherwise known as TOLL simply can't be relied upon to deliver what should be an OVERNIGHT delivery between Sydney/Melbourne. Two consignments within the last week; one took 8 days, the other 7 days. Had to write off contents. A LIABILITY for our business. Only use RELUCTANTLY for pre-paids; due to pathetic service, 80% of our business now uses different courier company. Their customer service is a joke.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery service. My parcel was marked as “delivered” on 17 March, but when I went to reception, there was no parcel left under my name.
I checked the tracking and saw the GPS location was recorded in a completely different suburb. I immediately reported the issue and asked for the exact delivery address. The company said they would investigate.
From 20 March to 25 March I waited for updates. They finally replied that the driver claimed he left it at reception — yet the GPS clearly shows the wrong suburb and there is zero photo proof. They even asked if someone else might have taken it, which is impossible because we must show ID to collect parcels.
I then requested the receiver’s signature and a photo. They only sent a signature that no one at reception or the surrounding buildings recognises. Without any photo evidence, how can they claim it was delivered correctly?
On 30 March they finally told me they “confirmed with the driver” that it was sent to the right place. But I still have not received my parcel after two full weeks.
This is ridiculous:
• GPS shows the wrong suburb yet they insist it was delivered correctly.
• After 10+ days of my repeated complaints, their “investigation” just says “correct address” with no proof.
• No other delivery company would keep claiming a correct delivery for this long when the customer clearly never received it.
I have wasted so much time and effort chasing this. I still have no parcel and I now demand proper compensation for the lost item and the time I have lost. The platform needs to take immediate action.

i ordered medicine, they didn't call just messaged it'll arrive on the day - did not mention what time range, did not call, and took the package back even when i told them it's urgent. when i called the customer service, they were rude and declined to help. pathetic service

Had several interactions over the phone with customer service team and they couldn’t have been more helpful - clearly have good systems in place as well as they followed through on everything they said and communicated with me about it. The Dunedin depot staff also went out of their way to help - by far best experience with a logistics company I’ve had - left such a positive impression I went out of my way to leave this review.

Received an SMS saying parcel would come on Monday. Nothing. Another SMS on Wednesday saying it would come today. Stayed in all day, and got another SMS at 5:53pm saying "we attempted to deliver" and I'd have to go to a parcel hub. Called them, and said the driver is lying and I'd like to have it redelivered. The lady kindly explained that the sender doesn't allow redelivery, even when the driver is a liar. She said it would be delivered to a shop just down the road that I know, so I said ok. Next day, get another SMS that says its out for delivery, only i'm not home this time. I get a message saying its at a newsagency inside a hospital two suburbs over, that is only open until 5:30pm and closed on weekends. I asked to have it delivered again, and was told it't not allowed by the sender, even with the driver is a liar and appears to have driven past any number of hubs before dropping it off at an inconvenient location. Absolutely unsurprised that GE has such a low rating, i would give it 0 if i could.

A complete and utter lack or care for missing parcels. The chat bot and team rep chat system online is completely useless providing generic copy and paste responses and then to top it off they leave the chat before actually resolving anything all. I am also convinced that the online complaint forms go straight into there junk mail either that or they get so many that they can’t respond to them. TGE please don’t waste my time by responding to this review I have absolutely no confidence in your ability to find my very expensive missing parcels and I cannot handle another one of your generic useless responses.

Tracking is useless, very erratic.
Customer service is non existent.

Totally useless company.Package can’t be delivered as they make new excuses every time it’s to get delivered.Rang customer service who said you have to to depot which is only open till 5 pm so I can’t get there,can’t be delivered to my house as the person signing for it doesn’t live there and there’s only me living there so how can I sign for it when I’m at work.cant deliver it to a hub as it exceeds there stupidity policy by 14 cms when I another microwave I bought and had delivered was able to be left at a hub.I can’t afford a day off to go to their depot as I need the work .totally useless company

The delivery service was unacceptable.
The expected delivery window was between 11am and 1pm, but the driver arrived at 8:56am. There was no attempt to contact me. The intercom was not used, and there was no effort to leave the parcel in a safe place or the mailbox. CCTV confirms the driver made no proper attempt to deliver.
Customer service made it worse. They refused to organise a re delivery, even after I explained the situation and provided evidence.
This shows a lack of basic process and accountability. The driver did not follow simple delivery steps, and the company did not take responsibility.
I would not recommend this service.

Package didn't arrive again, been home all day again, no show. I received a text saying that my item was out for delivery again. This is 2/2 times from this courier, never use them again. Now i have to go down to the depot to retrieve my item, if someone's there, last time no one answered the doorbell at parcel pickup, had to google a contact number, ring and speak to someone overseas with poor English skills and try to explain the situation, put on hold and they hung up on me.My conversation was conducted calmly. I had to call again to sort it out, and finally was given a contact number to ring to find out what time I could pick my item up that was suitable for them. Now this has happened again, it seems that I'll have to go through the same inconvenience. What makes it worse is I'm disabled.

I had a fragile item worth thousands delivered through TGL and was very afraid when I read all these negative reviews. My parcel was delivered in exactly 4 business days from NSW to SA. The item was left at my doorstep as per authority to leave & waived signature. It arrived as expected, in a timely manner, with frequent updates and simple tracking. My experience with TGL has been great.

II understand that the freight and logistics industry can be stressful, and I always try to keep that in mind when visiting the Team Global Express depot in Biloela Queensland, Australia to ask about a delivery. I make a point of being polite and patient, especially knowing how busy these places can be.
Unfortunately, both times I’ve had to go in to query a missing parcel, I’ve been met with rudeness and made to feel like the situation was somehow my fault. The response I received was essentially, “It’s from Temu, that’s why it’s missing—just ask for a refund.” While I do usually end up getting a refund from Temu, that doesn’t excuse the dismissive attitude or lack of willingness to actually check or assist.
The parcels themselves are never that important to me, but the experience of going in there is unpleasant enough that I now dread having to ask if a delivery has arrived. Customer service should at least involve basic courtesy and a willingness to help, but that hasn’t been my experience here.
In a small town especially, a little respect and professionalism goes a long way. The consistently rude and arrogant attitude I’ve encountered suggests the staff may need to reconsider whether a customer-facing role is right for them.

1. first time: delivery driver didn't see me and used profanity after reading the note on my front door not the leave the packages there to be stolen and where to leave them.
2. had a notification a package had been delivered. I could see my driveway from where I was sitting and nothing had been delivered, couldn't get across to Customer Service that the package in question had been delivered 3 days prior than the notification.
Yes it had been delivered however they had me searching for another package due to the 3 day late notification.

The worlds worst shipping company I have ever used, I ordered two items, Both of them are not delivered and both of them have different issues. One has been sent to a place 10hours of where it was supposed to be sent, This now takes 72hours to fix. So ordered an replacement as this item is extremely time sensitive. Was out for delivery today, I watched the drivers drive to the building, And just continue driving, I thought it was strange but surely they haven't attempted to even deliver it? But alas, the shipping notified to an update " Cannot Find Address" which is really interesting considering they drove past me at the location. So now I have TWO deliveries stuck with this company with NO updates to when these are going to be delivered. I have no idea how this company operates with the amount of reviews reflecting the same issues over and over again.
