I would have liked to know when placing…
I would have liked to know when placing my order if some items were not available rather than receive an email days later that I had been refunded for these. Otherwise quality of what did come was good and service delivery was good

Thanks for the feedback Jacqueline. Yes unfortunately we were lead to believe we had more stock allocated for our finals campaign than we did. Due to the significant demand we ended up running short on a couple of designs, and we figured it was worth refunding for those rather than keep you waiting.

Hi Ryan, as discussed we're unsure why UK customs appied such a high import duty for your particular order. As you know we also offered to send a free set of socks as compensation. I also eplained that additional customs fees are only applicable in certain cases, and this is clearly outlined on our website.
