Good quality socks

Loved how quick they arrived, and how good quality of the socks are.
And how the photo didnt look too stretched when wearing them

Mixed Experience

Placed order May 16th. Enquired June 16th to the order and received a link to the status which on July 1st still shows packaging. Below is the response I got June 16th.
“I expect it'll be dispatched this week, and should arrive late this week or early next week. From there it'll only be 2 - 3 days to express your socks over to you in NZ.“
I appreciate the Covid issue has delayed stuff but 6-7 weeks on it appears the order has not been made yet.
I emailed over weekend to find out what is up. No response yet. I am now a little worried as to if I am going to get order at all. A shame as everything about the site, design, price was really good. Other than the fact I am unsure I am going to get order at all I would recommend.

Thanks Ben. Status updates is something we're focussing on at the moment. There's not too much we can do with regards to the COVID-19 delays unfortunately. It put our factory out of action for a month and we're only able to bring staff back in limited numbers. They're doing their best to push through the backlog. But yes quicker status updates from the factory is something I'm pushing for. Cheers, Tim.

Love the socks

Love the socks. I've had plenty of feedback on saying how comfy the socks are, plus they've never had socks like these. The design stage was effortless - had a proof in no time at all.
