After purchasing item I called teemgee…

After purchasing item I called teemgee to verify order and the company. They did not my emails nor did have good number for customet service. The number listed as customer service was only a recoding in asian language which I don't understand and no redirect to an actual person for information regarding my order.

Teamgee has kept me rolling for 250+ miles

Teamgee has kept me rolling for 250+ miles over the last three to four years. Rarely do I need parts, but when i mess something up they always get me setup with what I need to get back on the road. The team is always friendly and positive and their H20 is a great product.

Lizzy on the Support Team helped to quickly identify that I had an old style battery and made sure that everything would fit and work with the replacement. I just finished the installation and I’m ready for long rides again.

Remote controller broke a few months…

Remote controller broke a few months into owning the board I bought it through Amazon so no warranties came with it the new remote was $50 paid 250 for the board and was shipped right from China seems cheaply made

The controller is super expensive.

The controller is super expensive.. 50€ for a cheap controller wich broke already once while charging, so now i have to buy another one for 50€.

Besides that the shipping information while buying is totally different to the real shipping time, so i couldn’t rely on it and i am still waiting for the coroner to arrive..

Terrible shipping

I ordered replacement PU sleeves for my H20 and 8 days later, they were “delivered” but I never received them. I have had this issue two other times when I ordered anything for my longboard from Teamgee. YunExpress is unreliable and doesn’t have a good tracker system set up either.

Wildly slow shipping

It’s been a week and my products still haven’t been shipped out. My scooter is completely out of commission until I get my replacement parts. All customer service has told me is they handed it off and it will be shipped via air transport. Nothing more. A week is way too long for me to still not have any shipping updates as to when it will arrive. I can’t commute to work without my scooter I’ve been stuck paying for Ubers back and forth.

I bought some parts for a skateboard…

I bought some parts for a skateboard that didn’t last very long to begin with. Place the order got confirmed six days later no word so I cancel the order cause I really didn’t need it and it has not shipped yet. It’s been almost a month now and I haven’t received a single penny for a refund.

The board was new out of the box with a battery that wouldn’t charge. Wound up paying $200 for a new battery so that I can enjoy my now $625 H20T once the battery finally ships (been waiting on that for over a week)
