I have ordered 2 boards but both have had issues. The last one that was ordered was dilevered damaged and missing the remote and charger. Ad states that even when buying a used board it comes with a 60 day warranty guarantee but teamgee will not back their items. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.

I’ve put more than 1500 miles on my Team Gee H20T have no complaints other than wishing it went further on a charge! I only have 7.5 ah battery which I’ve gotten nearly 18 miles out of at times, board has more than enough power and speed, brakes hard as well!
I had a problem a month after ordering with clicking in rear left motor after inspection I noticed wheel would slightly push in so I called teamgee and they responded quickly, I had taken hub motor apart and noticed that the snap ring that holds hub motor in place was not in groove nor had it ever been! Well I put it back in groove and even though it didn’t fix clicking sound I didn’t follow through, only to have it come out again and smash bearing into vital circuit board! That got me to this point, of ordering new motor and as before when I ordered replacement remotes, there service and promptness has been impeccable and arrived ahead of schedule! Thanks TeamGee!

I have received my package Teamgee H3 but the remote control seems not having a battery
When I disconnect the charger, the remote turns off. Impossible to use the product for now
I am waiting for the feedback from the support which I contacted

Back brake is rubbing and barely braking. Needs adjustment right out of the box.

The board is nice but the braking is wayyyy tooo instant

Skateboard works great bit unfortunately the remote didnt. Luckily I was able to fix it with another battery. Fast delivery and good price. Would definetly recommend!

I have been so unhappy with the service I have been getting since I ordered a battery over a week ago and it still hasn't even left the warehouse... I will not be working with this lazy, inconsistent company again

Almost the delivery was fast, we recieve a product that doesn't work properly, I am afraid it is defective. I hope the return will be so easy and fast.

It is very worth what you pay, but not anything more. The acceleration is smooth and it is a pretty fun board to ride. Stopping is a major hazard though as it tries to throw me off every time. Not sure if it is just my board or if they all do that, but the braking is very uneven making it hard to brace and slow down safely

I'm very happy with the board and I think the build quality of the board is great, but I think the bushings are too stiff as I can't turn very well, and this might just be me being a beginner, but I feel the heavy weight and the stiff bushings make it very hard to turn even after loosening.

The charger I ordered takes almost 2 months and they have late response.

Was sceptical of this power and range of these e skateboards after a bad experience when buying a scooter. I needn't have worried.This is a beast. It powers up the hills like its nothing and lasts for ages.The speed has you living on the edge. It's much more of a thrill than an e scooter.After alot of research I choose Teamgee because the specs were superior to other brands compared to the price.You get so much more for your money.The reviews were also brilliant and they were not wrong. I bought the mini version which is lighter than expected and quite portable. I even ride it to the gym and put it in the locker. I can honestly say this is the best man toy I have ever bought. Thanks Teamgee. I couldn't be happier with this unbelievable piece of kit 😀
