There’s no way to track my order, Its been weeks since I order and the only feedback I’ve gotten was this rate email of Teamgee sent to my email.

Our son bought the second e-board from teamgee. He was happy for about three years with his first one, but after a lot of driving the batterie seems to be at it‘s end. So he saved all his money from christmas and birthday to buy the next generation. He is very happy with his new board an we hope that it will provide as much and as long fun like his first one. Only one thing was difficult to understand for a boy of thirteen: he paid really a lot of money for the faster shipment. It should have arrived within 8-10 days. At least he had to wait for 17 days.

This is my second mini, everybody who sees this board thinks its 'supercool' 'amazing' and loves it. It is a very good board for intermediate level riders. Someone said it is on another level, that's what made me buy it. These boards need suspension, brake lights, and a powerful 20 000 lumen headlight. The first mini I purchased lasted for 400 miles before rear right side wheel started making a click noise. So I purchased another one. I have no regrets about this board however there is some room for improvements. The remote does need to be water resistant as moisture from hands condenses inside the electronics and causes a black out. This could be a serious problem that may impact negatively. You need to coat electronics with Teflon. Very well done. Very nice board. X I wear latex gloves because my hands sweat excessively, and interfere with electronics. Since wearing latex, problems have stopped. If your hands are not of the sweaty type, then should be fine but better to be safe than sorry. I experienced strong acceleration and did need to oil trucks to stop clicking noise from trucks which were very tight. This board, if used for commute, requires smooth surfaces and will not be happy on any other surfaces so rubber wheels are needed. Or pneumatic tyres. My board doesn't like uneven rough terrain and gets very upset and I have to calm her down or she throw me off. All extended duration skateboarders, 1 hour plus skating, dry hands and extreme caution required, these are not toys, they have torque, not for young unsupervised children. Handset remotes need to be water resistant, otherwise intermittent power outage probably due to water condensation will cause slight brake failure and if this happens at the wrong time and place, you know what could go wrong.

My order still has not arrived. I received an email over a week ago saying my order would arrive soon. It has a FedEx tracking number, but the order seems stuck in California and hasn’t moved. Can I please get a status update?

There was no clear instructions always had to wait for a responding person to my question. And once support team made contact it was slow and painful instructions. Should have been given the whole instructions process to speed up whole transaction. Always waiting for response and in the long run long outcome.

I realized days before item was shipped that the wrong item is being shipped and tried to notify them to this. After a couple of days of no reply to email I emailed again but they said at least his point it was too late to catch the wrong item from shipping. If a prompt reply would have happened to the first email that was sent I believe the confusion could have been fixed. Now when the wrong item gets to me I will probably be gone on the road working and could be a month before I return home. Your return policy says I have 14 days to return this might not be possible. So I will be stuck with the wrong battery for my board and will have to order the correct one will be 200 dollars wasted.

Fantastic! Amazing!

I have yet to receive notification that my purchase has started shipping or that the pictures I have sent of the batteries housing and connections are adequate to identify the specific battery I would need and this email should not have showed up first. I'm kind of upset here and confused.

About 3 or 4 days after this review I got an actual response and an update on shipping. It is on its way.

I placed an order for the H20mini + Cloud Wheels (which are not cheap at all) because the H20mini has arrived but not the wheels. This was to make a long-awaited gift and we are without wheels. After 2 days I still have not received a response. I can't check the operation yet, but the delivery service is not being good.
