Board has 32 miles on it and the wood broke. Im sorry but if youre not replacing the board for free...the 1 star stands.

The board itself is fun, but the battery range is way over rated. It says 18 miles but it is more like 10. I keep the speed level on medium and only go 10-12 miles per hour and I am lucky to get 10 mile range. The speed is fine, there is plenty of power, I just feel a little deceived because I picked this board specifically because it claimed the longest range.

It took less then a week since I ordered the wheels. I was expecting at least one and a half weeks.
Very happy.

excellent product and customer service. i originally gave them a 1 star because it took one month for delivery, but i found out it was a shipping issue with fedx, and not their fault, so please disregard my other review.

I like your boards a lot. Amazing! Thanks for this experience.
But the weakest moment is your remote controller. Very easy to break it. I broke 2 :(
May be one day you will upgrade it & make it harder, heavier.. better quality.

The board is extremely well made, and it is clearly designed for a range of people sizes, up to 200 lbs+!
And it is FAST! I’ve only used the first 2 speeds, and that is plenty for me. I’m still figuring out the braking though. Overall? Extremely pleased, A+ product!

Addressed my issue immediately

I ordered a replacement remote. Took a little while to get here. I really had only begun to wonder about my order a couple days prior to arrival. I was sent an upgraded version of original remote, only problem is it has a tendency to disconnect while waiting at a street corner for light to change. Little annoying but it works with the board and I can ride again

I messed my address up and the team gee team really helped my through it.

Board and Remote have spotty connection after about 10 rides.

Board stopped working after riding less than 10 times. Looks brand new but doesn't work. The controller doesn't connect well it is spotty.
