Motor burned out, will not charge

I really was excited to get this h3 diy kit to convert my skateboard to and electrical one. The shipping did take time because their factory didn't have the kit ready yet, but because it took a while to ship they were about to give me and extra set of free wheels. Sadly I had to cancel my order due to other reasons.

I needed a new battery which was quite expensive $200. But after ordering they let me know I also needed and new battery case as the new battery was slightly bigger and asked me to buy that for $60 more. Ideally they would have thrown in the case for $200 but they did throw in some grip tape. My board is riding great now though!

Ordered the cloud wheels for my teamgee H20 mini, considering issues with parcels coming from the EU, this package reached me in a few days

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. The website claims that the board has a battery life has a maximum range of 22 miles. My board has a range of roughly 1 mile before it quits. I have told the company this and they seem determined to not send me a replacement. They ask me to buy a voltmeter and send them video evidence of the faulty board. This is an absurd requirement, especially for someone who isn't even requesting a refund, but only a replacement board that works as advertised. The complaints I have made are well within their 90 day warranty period, but that doesn't seem to matter. The board itself was very fun for the short amount of time it worked. But if it doesn't work they seem to prefer to leave you high and dry rather than correct their mistake. I am more than willing to upgrade this review to 5 stars based on the boards performance while it was working. But as of now it was a horrible purchase. I paid good money for my product that doesn't work and they do not seem to be willing to rectify their mistake. Purchase at your own risk.

They reply slow and still haven't got my product

When I received the board the controller never worked. I tried to get in contact and they responded a week later and told me to buy another controller.

Great fast service, only took 8 days to receive in UK in perfect condition. 45 years old & first time on an electric longboard (used to skateboard as a kid). Within 10 minutes I was flying about streets at 22mph...spent a whole day on it.....love it. I fully recommend the H5 to all like minded speed freaks.....you will not be disappointed......... lean into the fall & keep smiling.

Yes, l ordered back hub wheels for my teamgee h20 mini but recieved much larger wheels. This is bad because l really love my board, had it for over a year and still going strong. But the wheels have worn way down and so l ordered new ones which took about a month to recieve and now l have to send them back and hopefully get the right one. Very upset because this should be a simple process but now l have to wait until l get the label to return the wrong wheels and continue to wait to get the right ones.

Dealing with this company has been a headache from the start first I waited over 2 months to get my h20mini electric skateboard. Then when it finally got home it only worked well for about 4 or 5 months then the battery broke down. The board is fun but shelf life is supper short. I get in touch with costumer service and after some back and forth they tell me how to fix the battery. After that it only worked for a couple of days then it broke down again. Then I had the terrible idea of buying yet again a NEW battery at 299$ when the board was 450$ so I bought a battery more expensive than half of the board and it was working well for 2 weeks then it breaks down again. And after that it has just been an infinite back and forth with the terrible costumer service that the company has and till this day I still don't have a solution to this problem. I wouldn't buy a board or anything at all from this company bad quality products and even worse costumer service. I spent about 800 in total and my board is in a corner of my room broken down with no solution in sight. Now the want me to pay for a new battery AGAIN to fix the problem which I'm not going to do so I guess my board will be useless now. I would honestly spend a couple of hundred more and get real warranty and real customer service.

I like the boards of teamgee very much. I have two of them active in use (h20 and h20t).
But the big problem are the bearings. They broke on both boards. Ceramic bearings might be better.
Thats why only 4 stars.

It was working fine with the battery that it had when it came out of the package, but I've tried charging it multiple times and it just isn't charging. Doesn't work

My h20 mini is great and is holding up well. This isn’t a robot it’s true the board is great but I’ve only had it for a week but ride it every day

Company upgraded their batteries, had me upgrade the casing with the new battery I order . (I had my board since 2019)
Had a few issues but was resolved by the company! I am happy.
