I ordered the Eagle Embossed Live to Ride Ride to Live black leather motorcycle jacket from Team Motorcycle and I am really happy with it. The leather feels thick and high quality, the design looks even better in person, and the fit was exactly as expected using the size chart. Shipping was smooth, and everything arrived on time. Overall a solid purchase and I would definitely order from them again.

I chose Teammotorcycle because I've purchased other products from them; all very satisfactory. You also offered free shipping. The loyalty program is great for stacking points on purchases over years of purchasing motorcycle gear. I will order from teammotorcycle again.

My wife and I ordered a motorcycle jacket for my son. We were inexperienced with the sizing of motorcycle jackets, however we were super impressed with the Team Motorcycle's customer support and the guidance they offered. They were kind, patient, and helped every step of the way in their communication. My son loved the product that we gifted him with and we are beyond happy with the experience with Team Motorcycle.

I ordered a pair of chaps. Fast shipping, and they fit perfectly on me.
The size chart was good measurement. I order little bigger for thicker jeans, I got tried wearing my thin jeans with my other pair of chaps with were smalle
They got great prices on all motorcycle needs. Won't be disappointed. Very happy with my order.

They had no obvious disclaimer that I would need to pay extra shipping to Hawaii and had me pay $15 for the shipping after I had already placed the order and they had confirmed it. I usually don't mind paying extra because I know Hawaii is out of the way, however, my order ended up taking over 3 weeks. Shipping to Hawaii can take a while, but I don't think I've ever waited for a single item order for 3 weeks. Now, I need to return the item that I ordered and they're charging me another $21. Don't buy from here if you live outside of the continental US. It isn't worth it.

I have had great experience with the leather and the quality of leather I got here. Boots are weak made not cheap leather. Gloves and leather jacket are well made n last. Have them for over 5 years now. Boots are resolvable. Not cheap china stuff. No complains here .

I never heard of this company until they emailed me saying thanks for signing up. Don't know where they got my info, but they spam me saying I joined and I am "in the team" I can't find anything good on these guys. Somehow they buy your info off a list and say you asked to be bothered. Spammers are scum.

I have ordered a few times from Team Motorcycle and have no complaints about the quality of the product or the shipping times. The email correspondence seemed courteous and the one time I called to ask how to complete an exchange, I was walked through the instructions and also emailed a copy of the instructions and encouraged to call back if I needed help.

No communication....
No customer service....
Bad delivery services....
Long wait times....
I'm still waiting on refund....

Have only placed one order with them there were some sizing issues so I returned them for an exchange got the other ones back right away but still cannot get the fit I wanted so asked if I could return them for a refund but because it was beyond their 30-day policy they did offer me a store credit we did have some issues on the return shipping the second time but all turned out okay to me what makes his company top-notch five stars is their customer service they remind me of the good old days when companies were all about customer service I will definitely use this company again in the future

They must get their stuff from china sizes that only fit very small people ordered jacket 3x usually I wear xl or 2xl but it was like a body suit so small tried to call but they don't answer their phone now ill have to pay to send it back don't bother with this company if they would have at least answered their phone maybe could get resolved by not charging me shipping to send their junk back and no its not a return friendly company

I'm new to motorcycles and accessories so I am taking a class on motorcycle safety and doing a course. We are required to have the correct equipment. I got my helmet on eBay and was looking there for a hi Viz jacket but everything was ugly or too heavy or too short in the arms etc.. so I checked out Team Motorcycle and immediately found what I was looking for and it's so bright, everyone will see me...my bike is hi Viz green too!! The size fits perfectly and as I lose weight, I can tighten the arms and the waist!!! I did buy a men's 2xl. I'm a tall female whose arms are as long as my legs, so this jacket is perfect. Also it has a zip out liner and it's completely mesh with armor!!!

Very helpful, quick responses. Ordered a helmet less than a week ago and happily received it with 3 days. Fast,friendly service and a fantastic price!! Highly recommend Them.
