Motivation
I feel there needs to be more support for people with less motivation - yes we are all fat because we over consume but when that is all u know it’s so hard to give 3 weeks data. It’s a shame coaching isn’t available before then.
This is the second time I have joined and have had the same experience both times 😢

Much better then FitnessPal, accurate, fast. It just does the work, to be honest I will happily keep paying £8/month just for app!
I don't use the support team, as I have been up and down with tracking but the FB support members group is amazing!

Recipe sharing issue
I love the app, the only issue I have is not being able to share recipes, I cook a lot for friends at the weekend who are also on team RH and they have to make recipes too on the app. Takes such a long time to do . If it wasn’t for that it would be 5 star rating

Invest in it and it will reward you
I like the clear targets for protein, fat and fibre. TBH you have to invest in this. Not just the (great value) subscription but time to make sure you are hitting everything. I know that when I hit my calories, steps, protein, and workouts it works. Just invest your time to get it right and the successes will come.

New lease of life
I have lost 50lbs in the last 11 months on the GLP1 plan. I have type 1 diabetes and really struggled with weight gain following my diagnosis, Team RH has made my weight loss journey easier and I now I am at my goal weight it is so much easier to maintain with the tools and skills I have gained.
