TRH are amazing
TRH are amazing. What I will say if your looking for the soft approach or an approach that validates bad eating behaviour your in the wrong place. They are brutally honest and call you out when you’re making excuses for being lazy and not playing by the rules. But it’s what most people need when you have allowed yourself to be brainwashed by the diet industry for so long. TRH have every members health and best interests at heart and my advice to anyone who is just about to start or looking to start just do it!! The only thing you will loose is weight at a realistic rate for your body. Throw away everything you think you know, listen, learn and trust every step and stick with it. I’m 1year on and thought I would never be where I am now! Healthier happier down 4 dress sizes with a complete new wardrobe and a new set of life skills. I’m Staying with TRH for my own good. Thanks guys you changed me in more ways than one!! Ps thanks to all the coaches and their support and to Richie who makes me laugh every day. Keep doing what you do🥰
