I bought a three month, two book, bundle for a friend for her birthday. The company were extremely helpful with this. The first box arrived last week and my friend described it as her dream gift. She loves the look of both books and can't wait to tuck into them. I haven't told her this experience will be repeated two more times so I am sure she will be absolutely thrilled when they appear to surprise her!

This is my second box and im obessed I love a good thriller but I would love for a horror or splatterpunk/ extreme horror subscription to be an option

Easy to order, once you have made your mind up about the amazing offers! I chose the mystery monthly offer. My delivery was quick and introduced me to a book I have not heard off. The extras were lovely too. Waiting to see what next month holds!

Overall this was a great gift. I picked romcom as I know my Mum used to love Mills & Boon. I was a little shocked to hear that one of the books is a spicy book, after all she is nearly 81 years old!!! I think maybe an age group would be a good idea when choosing, although we did have a laugh about it!
I also had a major panic on when I received the delivery notification as 'left on porch' as my Mum was in hospital at the time!! A few panicked calls later (from Australia) to both the delivery company and the hospital, located the parcel and my sister picked it up and gave it to our Mum

The perfect gift idea for book lovers.

Bought the 3 month crime fiction subscription as a gift for a friend. Fab selection of books, along with a few little extras which were all well received. Would definitely buy again.

My friend was delighted with her birthday present. Having the option to choose preloved books means you can carry on the subscription for longer. The books are in excellent condition. Being able to send a hot drink and biscuit too is a bonus.

There was a problem with the website so it wouldn’t correctly add a gift message and prosecco to my order for a friend’s birthday. I managed to communicate with them via email but with a long lag time between messages. Finally I was told if I ordered they would add to my order, I immediately ordered and got back to them to tell them. My order was dispatched before they replied to say they had added it to the order. I was hopeful but not surprised when the gift turned up without the message or prosecco. I later found out a second box arrived with my friend a few days later with the prosecco and message. While I appreciate it was sent if I had been made aware it would not all arrive together I would not have ordered. I really hope the remaining months of my friend’s subscription go without a hitch.

I received the rom com box and spent the Sunday basking in happiness with my tea,biscuit and book. The perfect combination!

The bookmark I received was also very pretty,but my book was so good that I didn't need to use the bookmark! I can't wait to receive my next box!

I received the package pretty fast and it was well presented. The choice of books was as I expected and I enjoyed them. All that for an affordable price.

I am obsessed with the popular fiction subscription box. I receive the two book version and always am.so excited to see what surprises await! Every month I receive two amazing books from the UK paperback bestsellers and I have always been delighted. It is so lovely to receive the biscuit treats and I chose tea as my drink so I get two teabags, alongside a bookmark and postcard gifts, which have lovely book quotes. I have tried so many subscriptions, but this is my favourite by far.

I ordered the school holiday set for my 8 year old granddaughter. It was a lovely surprise for her when it arrived. I didn’t want to spoil the wrapping so I didn’t see all the books in it but she was very happy with it and immediately read one of the books and wrote about it in the journal .

A great book subscription service. I find it hard to pick a book and make the time to read. This does away with having to choose and feels like self care so I make the time to read so I can finish the book before the next book comes. The little extra bookmarks, postcards and snacks are really appreciated. Something I'll definitely continue to use.

I was not having much luck with in-person book clubs, for which I would not ever really like the books that they chose but would go for the socialisation. So I ended up purchasing a six month subscription to the Vintage book box, but requested to be sent only the book, drinks and biscuits because the rest I would not use and it would be wasted. The Teatime Bookshop obliged of which I am grateful.

Happy to say so far I am impressed with what I have received. The book is quite interesting, perhaps something not that I would have initially chosen but within the vintage theme. The teas were very nice but I only liked one of them, the biscuits were delicious.

I am looking forward to seeing what next month's book box brings.

Love this company ! I read a lot and have not yet received a book I have already read which is amazing. Quality of books is great and love the bookmarks and treats that come with it. Highly recommend.

So fun! Books are such good quality, even when choosing second hand, and mostly hardback. Treats and postcards and bookmarks are varied and cute each month, and it has introduced me to books that I love that I never would have chosen for myself. So affordable compared to other options.

I have used this wonderful company twice now for gifts to send my friends. On both occasions, the recipients were very pleased to have had this special gift sent to them. However, on the last delivery, my friend was sent the second book of a set, so now needs to buy the first before she can read it. It was also not he book advertised on the website. Hence the 4 stars.

Speedy delivery, website is easy to use.
