The perfect tea cup

The tea cup, infuser and coaster arrived in perfect condition which I appreciated, as they were a gift for a friend. She loved how lightweight the cup is for drinking.

Nomad tea set handle grip

I ordered Nomad tea set , products received with bit of drip handle not in good shape ( I am a perfectionist ) , they had responded my request promptly and replace another perfect grip . Now I am proudly using it . Keep it up !

Quick Response

I ordered 2 different models during the holiday seasons, received within a months time which is understandable

One of the filter is broken and I emailed TeaTsy, Frank responded by resending a replacement filter. Loving this tea cup and we are using every night.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I asked for some more tracking info and got a response and help right away, and I received my teapot very quickly. This was a delicate glass teapot and it arrived in perfect condition too! The quality matched TeaTsy’s online photos and descriptions as well, so I’ll shop here again for sure!

My overall experience with Teatsy is…

My overall experience with Teatsy is very positive. I ordered two items to Bulgaria, on 18th of December and they came on Jan 9 and Jan 11.
I wrote them immediately when I saw a piece of my order was missing and I receive a respond the next day, that one of the boxes was larger so it was necessary to split the shipment. They also sent me a tracking number. The second package came the next day. :)
Everything looks exactly the same as in the webpage and there was a lot of bubbles to keep the items safe from breakage. I received them in perfect condition.

Love the "Nomad" Handmade…

Not only is the "Nomad" Handmade Portable Tea Set With Protective Case beautifully made the service TeaTsy provided, and the prompt responses to my emails was wonderful. I highly recommend the product and the company.

For patient customers only

I've made an order of a Nomad tea set. There was a warning on site like "because of sale season update of the tracking information could take several days". The whole week has passed, but there was no update on my order at all.
Tracking page on the site is not functional (it was not possible to click on the button to check order status).
It made me quite nervous, cause it was first experience with this shop and I was not sure if they are trustworthy. I have tried to reach them through email and comments under facebook post. In facebook I was asked about my order's number and I provided it. But after it no one reached me to solve the issue. I left a negative review here, in Trustpilot.
After it I received an email with apologies and some explanations about complicated logistic during sale season. But no actual update regarding shipping time and terms. So I decided to cancel an order and claim refund. Today I've got my money back.
Probably, it was just a sad coincidence, but it could be general shipping issues.

Bad experience

I’ve placed my order on December 12 and like other customers stated in the reviews before me, there is no sign or update regarding my order. I’ve emailed them, messaged them on WhatsApp, they said this will take 5-17 days. I wrote to them again a day ago and the phone number seems like it’s not available anymore because my message is not sending. No answer to my emails. They made me download an app to follow my shipment, but the app (17 track) looks like a scam, always asking me if I will allow it to link to my Revolut. Everything looks like a scam and I feel my order is fictive and it will never get in my possession. Of course this was a Christmas gift too, I don’t recommend it!

Later edit: After almost a month of waiting, my parcel finally arrived, but unfortunately, one of the products is broken. I’m now certain that replacing it will take more than another month. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would recommend buying from them only if you have the patience for a 2-3 month waiting period. Unfortunately, if you’re unlucky like me and the product has a problem, it can be quite challenging.

Don’t blame USPS!

I have the same complaint as most. Ordered on Nov 27, shipping label created Nov 28 and now it’s Dec 20 and nothing has been updated on the tracking since Dec 17. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Most of the statements point to international shipping as the reason for delays. According to my tracking the origin is Jamaica New York! I am in California. I have shipped several packages across the country using USPS and it only takes 3 days!

Very impressive high-quality company with extraordinary customer service

I bought a travelling Tea set and was impressed that, unlike many Instagram purchases, it was even better than it looked. A beautiful item really made by people who really care about Tea.
Then I broke one of the parts of it (the glass pot). When I enquired about buying a replacement customer service answered within a few hours and with such politeness and helpfulness. Not only did they provide a replacement, but they did so free of charge which was incredible. Clearly this is a very superior company with amazing values and great products

Oder finally arrived! 24 days, but excellent customer service

Edit: My order arrived in excellent condition, and although it took longer than I had hoped and longer than the 15 days (it took 24 days) the company responded immediately to my email and this trust pilot review and followed up with excellent customer service. I know that when someone chooses to pay for items coming from overseas, there is no guarantee it will arrive in the US. I was very happy with how this all worked out and that the items arrived before the holiday.

I ordered my tea set on November 27th with fast shipping, 5-15 days. The tracking says the item label was printed but it never arrived in the US as of December 16…3 weeks later. I was hoping to gift this for Christmas in 9 days, so this will most likely not happen. I wrote to the company but have not yet heard from them.
