Received broken tea mug but was quickly replaced in great condition.

I placed my order on 25 Aug 2022, but I still haven’t received the package to date (23 Oct 2022). The tracking information was useless, and end up package was lost. Have sent several emails to follow up, but seem not really helpful. Even though I have provided a confirmation letter of lost from the courier company, there is no action from TeaTsy.
Update: The company resend the package, and received it on 14 Nov 2022. Items are packed carefully, and the quality is good. Revised from 1 star to 3 stars.
Edit: company shows significant improvement in customer service and follow up. Revised from 3 stars to 4 stars. Still rooms for improvement, but would recommend to others.

I received a broken cup and it was replaced. Great customer service and was responsive to my inquiry.

I chance upon Teatsy while searching for a gift to a very good friend. The items were nice and practical especially those that come in protective carrier. I placed my order of 3 items plus a free gift on the 15/9/2022 and got a confirmation from them very quickly.
I was very surprised that my order came separately on 2 time slot. I bought 2 of the same item but only one arrived 2 weeks later. The other order and a free gift came on the 11/10/2022. I had a missing order but was rectified after a few days.
The “chase” of my items were frustrating especially it is meant as a gift. The tracking link provided by TeaTsy is not very helpful as it only track that the item had left the warehouse and not updated as to when they reached the designated place and whether their courier has picked up, packed, and estimated time to be delivered.
The receiver has no other information of whereabout and when they’ll get the items.
The logistics team should checked very carefully that the number of items ordered should be accurately packed before shipment. Forwarding charges are costly nowadays and mistakes should be minimised.
I’m sure Teatsy can iron these logistics and have better courier services in the future.
Last but not least, my apologies if I have to mention this, I found the similar teaset that I bought from Teatsy on Lazada, it’s cheaper and delivery is within one week.

I’m happily using the fine products from TeaTsy. Wish to thank the team for their prompt customer support too.

Ordered a tea set July 19th and today, July 26th, still have not received a confirmation email.
Contacted Teatsy via email and was told they found my order and it had been shipped - no date when shipped or when to expect it. I asked for a tracking number and never heard back.

Even though there was initially no confirmation of the order, once I brought it to their attention, they (Frank) was very helpful and attentive to my order. The only problem I had was of communication, the order arrived within the time stated and tea set is of excellent quality.

Bottom line, trust them. Product is excellent and it appears they are really working on their communication.

Chanced upon the website via Instagram and decided to order a few items prior to doing my due diligence check on website source. As Teatsy is a relatively new company, there is not much available information online and it didn't help that the anti virus software on my phone keeps blocking access to the confirmation links I received via email, citing potential scam alert. As I have been burnt before and PayPal was my trusted back up for any mishaps, I decided to email Teatsy directly to seek confirmation on my order and ETA on delivery. Frank Zhang, the operator had been very responsive to my emails, which put my mind at ease. The postal service he had used for my initial delivery was a Chinese website, which I also found difficult to navigate at the start. After 1.5 months of back and forth, I finally received my parcel, however, one of the tea sets was broken. Frank was lovely enough to send me a replacement and also a free gift in the form of a cute mouse tea set, and also offered a discount code for future use. He also made sure the packaging was more robust to prevent breakage, and also mentioned using a different postal service. The second parcel arrived in less than 3 weeks in perfect condition. So, thank you Frank Zhang, for making sure I was satisfied with the service. The tea sets are all very lovely and I would highly recommend it.

An IT glitch on the site to start with, but I was listened too and it was rectified quickly so that I could order.. the product is Devine.. exactly as shown on the site and received in Australia very quickly. I am using this company again. I think that says it all.

Fantastic customer service team. One of my teacup arrived broken but they quickly organised replacement to me. When the replacement arrived unfortunately it was cracked despite very well packaged in bubble wraps, they’ve given me a full refund on the same day I contacted them.

They have told me they’re in the process to find a more suitable courier company so hopefully in future these unfortunate events will less likely to happen.

Overall very happy with my shopping experience, the other cups that arrived safely were exactly as expected.

My first order was delivered damaged so I contacted them and they were very responsive. They sent me a replacement right away and it came in perfect condition. Compliment to the amazing team!
