My business onboarding process with Sophia Chinchilla

My business onboarding process with Tebra is near completion and Sophia Chinchilla is who we were assigned to. Sophia has been very prompt with follow up, readily available and flexible when we needed her. She continued to follow up with us even when we may not have been as responsive as we should have and guided us with alternate solutions to help us get on track, and for that we are very appreciative.

Starting Out

I am just starting to learn about billing. This is not an easy step for those of us who have had little to no exposure to billing. The patience and step-by-step guidance from with the support team is integral to being able to weave this into my business practices. Additionally, the follow-up email reviewing what was taught helps capture all the details that I might miss.

Valeria

Hello, I have been working with Valeria and she has been vet helpful and very patient with me explaining on how to use different features on Terra and helping to navigate the system and also speaking to the billing company. She answers my questions and if there is something that she is not sure of, she always finds the answer and lets me know. She is very good at communicating with me and helping me to move forward.
