The customer service honestly couldn’t get worse. They communicate primarily through email and take a pretty significant amount of time to respond to open tickets. Their prices are incredibly high for such a subpar system. The charting templates are easy to understand but not customizable and are bulky. In order to bill using their software for a small practice with 3 providers, it is $1200/month and half of the time, the system does not work. The e-prescribe is nice on paper but malfunctions regularly, requiring me to close the system entirely and re-open it. The “solution” I received when calling was to use Chrome so that is what I have been doing with no resolution. Overall, very unsatisfied with the customer service, price, and reliability of this system. You can find better and more affordable. I have been extremely impressed with simple practice so far and have been using it for about 3 months now. It is cheaper, more user-friendly, and very customizable. Ever since I signed the contract with Tebra 2.5 years ago, I have regretted it and I truly hope this review will save others the heartache that I have experienced daily since beginning to use this system.
