Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They change and charge your accounts at their convenience. Very sneaky and EHR is not the most user friendly. Stay away. I am so frustrated with them

Feels like a prototype for something that should be better

The customer service representatives do not know any more than you do. They cannot help you. Even for serious complications with billing and claims, they cannot get back with you often for a full 24 hours. They have no way to enter/prefill some information to print on paper claim forms (like taxonomy codes required for certain ins companies on lines 33a/b). They have no way to delete added columns on encounters once you have added a line item and the columns for what you added then populate on every encounter. They don't even call you the right name when they respond to emails. This system is terrible. If they are selling it to you, they are great. Once you've got it, you're screwed.

Camila was very patient.

Camila was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made learning this new system smooth with her teaching. She did not rush me at all, even when I was having difficulties. She made sure she answered any questions I may have had.

Worse Decision Ever

This company has proven to me that they are nothing more than shady car salesman. They come promising one fee and then once they get you in the implementation phase, they pack on the fees and then they don't stand by their word and allow you out of the contract. stay far away from this company. They are untrustworthy and I want nothing to do with them. Unfortunately, I'll have to get my lawyer involved that's how bad it is. Oh, and did I mention they hijacked my Google account without my permission?

I highly recommended with Amy

Amy is well seasoned and equipped with the EHR knowledge. Take me step by step and she is patient with a new user. Answers all questions with knowledge and knows calm a new users nerves on the use of TEBRA EHR.

Sofia Chinchilla is calm, reassuring, patient and knowledgeable about her product. She never for one minute made me to feel insecure about the learning experience. She was definite in telling me to contact her if I had any issues, she would be there for me.
