Tebra is horrible to work with

Tebra is horrible to work with. We ended our service with them as we got tired of the battle. We were told it would be read only and one provider for $99 after canceling to manage the transition. I was still being charged $1800 a month additional for multiple months even when we were no longer using Tebra. I reached out and was told I would be credited. So I waited, still no access to the read only. Now we have no access and they are saying we have an outstanding bill. We have emailed so many times, calling into customer service is a joke. I would refer you anywhere but here. Simple Practice has been so much less expensive and user friendly. We still 4 months later have no access to patient payment records and are still in a battle with a different reason each time. The one email they used for read only access was not even an email that had ever been set up or logged in. They are horrible.

Exceptional EMR with outstanding support

I've been using Tabra EMR for my practice, and it has been an excellent experience. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and makes clinical documentation and billing much smoother. I especially want to recognize and thank Amy Mora, who has been absolutely incredible. Always knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her support has made a huge difference in my workflow. I highly recommend Tebra and their amazing team.

The onboarding experience has been wonderful. Weekly onboarding call has been very helpful especially for a new practice staring up. Albert Yoo was our Onboarding Manager. He has been very kind, helpful and patient walking us through everything. Our sessions with him were always productive and he has ben available for questions and provided solutions.

Joselin is amazing!

Joselin is amazing!! Excellent communication skills. Deep knowledge of TEBRA. She answered my questions and guided me through the learning process with patience and kindness. If there were any issues, she quickly addressed them. Very understanding and flexible in regard to scheduling our meetings. She emailed summarized accounts of our meetings (which I use as references). I genuinely appreciate her time and assistance.
