Didn't deliver!

Found some switches I was after for a kitchen renovation. Not the cheapest around but free delivery. Unfortunately someone couldn't input the delivery address correctly which meant it was delivered elsewhere and despite contacting tech4 on Thurs before Easter bank hol when it should have arrived they didn't respond until I Further contacted 5days later. I was left having to source items elsewhere as electrician was booked to fit the switches that weekend. If a company can't complete simple tasks and quality check I'm not interested in using them so won't shop here again.

Good sound advice

Prompt and courteous service. Great advice too. They don't sell non-branded items such as on Ebay from China. Cheaper I grant you but not wise to cut corners when it comes to household electrics.
