There customer service is a Joke

When you go online to purchase a product from them. It doesn't give you a confirmation of your order. I have asked 10 times I also paid for expedited shipping. Ask them what I can expect. My order, no response.
So I have no idea if I'm going to receive what I paid for. This company is not worth the hassle I jave asked when I can expect my order that I paid 2 dat shipping for with no response I have asked for a receipt I stand by my post.

Beware

Beware. The glucose monitoring is the only reason why I wanted to buy the watch. It was terrible giving me different readings every few minutes. Then the company had the audacity to say it wasn't too accurate and not good to cover diabetes. So I asked for a refund. It is super complicated and helpful you will even get a refund as they have you go through many steps. Then you have to mail it to Bulgaria!! Do not buy.

I purchased a sun-powered repeller that…

I purchased a sun-powered repeller that supposedly would clear squirrels from my backyard. It is a cheap product easy to install. Unfortunately it didn't work. Sounds and lights seemed weak and did not impressed any critters. It made a continuous useless noise.
I returned the product via UPS according to their instructions using a label enclosed with the order. I requested a refund and was denied.
Despite all emails exchanged with Techbuum they refuse to give me a refund. Their allegations are baseless.

I made an order off the Techbumm…

I made an order off the Techbumm website,for a Tattoo removal pen "the red light laserpen" and i was thrilled for making my order. Due to some househould issues i had i had to ask for a refund an they responded within 10 hours, i was suprised.. Well a costomer service rep. Named Micheala responed with a confirmation on my message to assure my decision and they refuned my money instanly i was so pleased. Its a great website i would recommend checking them out.. I definatly
will be re-ordering in a week or so when i have the extra money.. i rate them 5 stars for sure.. Thanks Techbumm..

Dealing with a blockaded company

Trying to get in touch with this company is not easy. They do not accept any gmail address or a yahoo address. When you use the phone number, the first one is not answered. You are referred to “ please use our .com address” I cannot use the wrapper because I have a pain pump as do many people. It would be nice if that was stated somewhere in the commercial!

I ordered two items from this scam…

I ordered two items from this scam company, I paid for two day delivery and the item never arrived. I emailed them, they emailed me back saying ask my neighbors or look around my house. They then sent a photo of a house in my neighborhood saying they this was my house and it was put in the mailbox. When I said to them that was not my house, they googled an old picture of my house and sent an email saying they checked my address and they delivered it to my mailbox! They are indeed a scam company and I hope people will read their reviews before making a purchase on this site.

As most everyone have already said

As most everyone have already said, this is TRASH. Please don’t get suckered in and spend $80 on garbage like I did.
It took way to long to arrive and I had already sent 2 emails asking to cancel and refund my money which all went unanswered. I shake my head reading some of these reviews where they say “please write us and we will be sure to assist you” … they didn’t answer me once and I’m now stuck with spending almost $100 on something I don’t even think is a smart (or safe) device to use.

Learned my lesson big time. They have their own reviews on their site claiming excellence and thrilled customers where of course is what I went on. I now learned I have to come to Google an research any company first to cross check there aren’t BAD reviews like this written about them. Had I done that, I’d still have my money and that’s my fault for not checking first.

BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! Product does NOT work as manufacturer describes!!

Garbage!!

I followed provided directions to the word and it does NOTHING to deter critters like the manufacturer claims.

And when you try to return and get refund, customer service hits you with $8 return shipping fee and even more outrageous a $9 return service fee.

Seriously a return service fee???

So $17 in fees to return a $30 piece of garbage product???

No company that stands by it product does that.

Do Not throw $30 literally down drain like I did - this product is bogus and so is company selling it.
