Don't bother
Don't bother! Firstly, don't expect fast shipping. I followed up a couple of times after 2 weeks - they did eventually arrive a few days after my follow up.
I followed instructions exactly. No problems with the cells filling up with water as they should. Froze them for a few days as instructed. They got down to about -19C. Packed them around my items with a couple of layers as instructed. After less than 12 hours they had defrosted. I was hoping to use these to transport medication on a long haul flight. Back to the drawing board for me!

Parcel just arrived today. I ordered 1 x large dog bowl and 1 set of small and large dog bowl.
I have only received 1 x large and 1 x small bowl, missing the 2nd large dog bowl.

Multiple uses.
Delivery was quick. Haven’t used in esky yet but am using one on my injured knee and it works great. Wraps around the knee so it gets both sides and top. Spend 20 minutes there and then 20 minutes on the calf then back in the freezer for 4 hours and repeat. Definitely what the doctor ordered.
