Prompt delivery
The Techni Ice pack were delivered promptly. I'm just waiting on the cooler bag to be delivered then I look forward to trying out the products on transporting harvested free-range venison.

Still not received slow to post.
Needed the ice packs for a fishing trip.
Followed up when not posted straight away.
Was told late that day that they were scheduled to go out the next day. By the time I read the email they were mailed and too late to pay for express.
Have no issue with delays if told up front.
Appreciate it was three days but it was the difference between getting the item and not for a trip.
If you still need to make the product you are selling then maybe warn customers first.
