Great service
Great service, simple to use and Shastra our technician was superb, explained all work that was to be done and then again when it had been done. All work was carried out at our home and took just over an hour. I would definitely recommend this service.

As soon as I submitted my claim it was dealt with immediately. I was given lots of time and date options to choose from. The technician that came was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful. My 'phone is perfect again. Thank you

Likewise Insurance is a scam
Likewise Insurance is a scam. I paid for device insurance from 2014 without ever making a claim, and my premium eventually reached £17 per month. When I finally needed to claim after losing my device, I had to pay a £150 excess fee and received a refurbished replacement that was probably worth no more than £300. After paying into the policy for so many years, I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and do not feel I received fair value for the money I paid.

We can see that the Claims Validation Team have rejected your claim in January, we understand how upsetting this must be for you.
In January, the team have stated that if you could provide the email trail from Apple then they would review that document. The email that you sent in, does not confirm that the original email trail was sent to this email address. Please provide the email trail from Apple, with your claim number in the subject title, and the team will review this for you within 2 working days. If you have sent this in recently, it will be reviewed with the timescale stated.

Good enough outcome. My phone was replaced with a like for like but a reconditioned one, I think. I have waited 7 days which wasn't great.

My laptop break down and when I rang…
My laptop break down and when I rang the likewise they said they dont cover the laptop anymore.
First they have a big issue with their dpd drivers and now without informing the custmers they removed the service without reducing the monthly subscription which is almost £15.
Really not happy with the service and looking for other options.

We can confirm that Barclays removed laptops from coverage on the 26th of August 2022 and that communication from them should have been sent to all policy holders at least 30 days prior to the Terms and Conditions change. We apologise if you did not receive this.
