The members of staff tell lies, when I left the store the first time the watch was not sync with my phone which is why I returned to the store, I asked for a refund as everyone was too busy to deal with the issue, the next visit I left the phone and watch and on return they hadn't dealt with the issue and said my phone was locked this was not true I got angry as I had left my phone whilst I went around town.

I took everything and left as I was told the manager was not in to return the watch, eventually I returned the watch and now I am being accused of damaging the watch with water ! And the lies are unbelievable you don't care once you take your money that's the truth!!!

My husband bought a smart watch that did not work as a smart watch it would not connect to his phone he returned the item and was told they would pair it to his phone whilst he continued his shopping around town, he returned to the man fixing a ladies screen on her phone, then he lied saying he couldn’t repair his watch as his phone screen had a lock on and he couldn’t gain access but my husband does not have a lock on his phone, we was due to leave the UK for over 3 weeks so wanted the watch to be useful during our holiday but we left it at home as no point bringing it when it didn’t work !! He had been assured that the receipt would still be valid as he needed to speak with the owner and he wasn’t available at that time.

He left the shop disappointed but trusted the mans word ! And tbh he didn’t have a lot of choice as there was no other option available at that time !

We returned from our trip and my husband took the watch and receipt with the owner who then messaged my husband to say that the watch was water logged ??!!! Which astonished us, my husband explained the back story of trying to return the watch sooner and how his staff member had lied ! And the owner would not listen and kept blaming my husband saying the watch was water damaged ! Yet the watch was left in the drawer in a box, untouched since the day he tried to get it fixed before we left !

The customer service is appalling I would recommend anyone who buys from them check their item works before leaving the shop or pray that your item doesn’t have any issues as they clearly don’t care about resolving an issue !

Very disappointed to be honest ! They appeared nice and friendly when we bought the watch !

I was a nightmare customer, my son broke his phone to the extent I thought it was beyond repair. They were very patient and despite having to return to the store twice (not their fault), they returned the phone to as new condition and were very generous with pricing. I can’t recommend them enough. Really grateful, thank you!

Had an iPhone screen fixed from this shop and it’s worth it! Definitely worth the money for their price. Very helpful staff and will definitely recommend! :)

My Motorola G5 had a swollen battery. As Motorolas aren’t common I thought I might have to buy a complete new phone, but Tech Pros managed to get a replacement battery for a fraction of the cost the day after I took it in.

Great service from Tabish at TechPro's.. We had a cracked screen on my sons tablet which was fixed and repaired within a very short space of time and was much cheaper than purchasing a new tablet. I definitely recommend them.

I found the people very professional and helpful. My phone was done within a couple of hours which made me very happy. I would highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future.

Screen replaced on iPhone 11 with free screen cover - the screen works very well and completed within 50min. I didn’t loose any data etc so there was no need for back up- feels like new phone!
