Great tracker which has helped enormously with my brother-in-law. Communication was swift and helpful. Would recommend to anybody who is looking after a dementia sufferer.

Brilliant product and company!
My elderly Mum has used a GrandPad for the last 2 years. During this time I have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the product and the excellent customer service she has received from this company. The GrandPad has helped my Mum stay connected to her family as she found it increasingly difficult to use the internet and home telephone. The GrandPad is so easy to use, the pre installed games are enjoyable, all our family can send her photos and she loves the video call feature. The Grandpad team are easily reached on the device. They are always so helpful and patient. Nothing is too much trouble - brilliant customer service from the TechSilver/ Tranquil team. A truly superb product and company.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Easy to contact by phone and more than happy to talk me through products amd find something suitable for my mother who has dementia. The tracker worked flawlessly and coupled with the gps app I knew where she was at all times. Fantastic battery life on tracker, grwat piece of kit.

Excellent piece of equipment
Excellent piece of equipment. Tracking wasn't needed in tbe end but the emergency phone function worked very well. Clear sound both ways, easy to use. Customer service very responsive too.

My dads tracker was experiencing issues going offline/not tracking spoke to Cyrus on several occasions who was professional listened to the issues and provided me with the necessary resolutions.I work in customer services and I can honestly say you have a valued member of staff who goes over and beyond to assist.Keep up the great work Cyrus and thank you.

Great service
We had a few teething problems to start with but they were super responsive and helpful. Everything was sorted and we used their service for my mum who has dementia and had a tendency to wander off so having the key fob tracker meant we could find her! Sadly she’s not able to walk independently now so cancelled the service which was problem free! Thank you

Would definitely reccomend for peace of mind
Have bought 2 trackers over last few years, due to dad breaking attachment to keyring, and would highly recommend. Easy to download app and use to track a loved one. It brought us lots of reassurance, knowing where dad was and that you could get alerts if he went out of a set boundary and call the tracker if we needed to. They have always been quick to help if there was any technical issues.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. Always fast to respond on any issues or queries. We have used these devices for my mum for a few years (now on 2nd device as mum broke the 1st - no fault on part of device or company). We have recently had a connectivity problem - really excellent support, including outside of normal hours. Highly recommend.

Great customer service.
We had a glitch with the first watch, the power only lasted a few days. Customer Service addressed all the concerns, sent a replacement watch and now the new watch is works perfectly - we don't have to charge until 6 or 7 days. They have been very responsive whenever we had any questions on how to use the watch. It is great to have a watch that gives piece of mind and keep track of a loved one should that be necessary.

Reliable Product
I have an elderly mother who has dementia. I used a GPS key fob tracker from Tech Silver to give me peace of mind as she was prone to go on long walks by herself. The fob provided me with accurate readings of where my mother was at any given time. From my experience , I strongly recommend Tech Silver.

Cancelled Subscription - no fuss!!
I had to cancel the subscription to the GPS device due to my mother being taken into long term care. Techsilver cancelled it instantly, waiving the 30 day notice period. Fantastic service - would highly recommend their services!! *****

I had to contact the team due to my…
I had to contact the team due to my complete lack of understanding and i got to speak to Cyrus who was Brilliant. He was very kind and patient and allowed me to plod through it at my own pace. I really can`t thank him enough. It has been a very stressful week,hence needing the tracker so having someone as calm and patient as Cyrus was absolutely wonderful. I feel so much better.
