Great Company, I have just started transitioning my wardrobe over to 100% organic cotton, I have received excellent customer service and am very happy with the clothes I have bought so far. I would love to see more colours available, a yoga range and 3/4 length sleeve t-shirts with a boat neck, I have to shop elsewhere for these, would rather shop from Rapanui 😊

I'm a huge fan of the ethics and quality of this company. I integrate Teemill into my Shopify store so every time a customer places an order, it's seamlessly processed and printed by them. Sustainability is incredibly important to me and Teemill is the best supplier I've found.
At times their customer service can be a little slow, especially with wholesale orders.

I ordered a size to big , so only wanted to exchange to a smaller size well impressed with how quick customer service got back to me and how easy it was to send it back .

My grandson's a very keen ornithologist and his favourite birds are waders. So I've bought him the waders T-shirt (XL moss green) and jumper (khaki) for his birthday.He hasn't received them yet, but I'm delighted with the quality of both. I appreciate the environmental credentials of SilhouetteClothing and Teemill.

I haven't bought yet as I needed to check measurements, but I got an immediate acknowledgement of my email and another very friendly one with the information required first thing next morning. On that basis, I give ***** for customer service.

I wish I’d known about the shop before. Quality prints, love the cotton, lots of style and colour options for t-shirt, delivered quickly, refunded quickly, lovely sustainable packaging (biggie), professional responses to query. Shame about the big jumper that I had to return, the armpit comes down to the waist area but the t-shirts are of good sizing. I ordered 3 tees for my husband which he loves, I ordered 1 v neck, wish there are more v-neck for F options

I’m a huge fan of the wildlife trust t-shirts and have quite a collection. The quality is great and they look very nice. I recently purchased a relaxed fit t-shirt. The guide recommended a size 14. When it arrived it was huge. Ashleigh was brilliant and helped me return it. I have ordered a size 8 which is a first for me. I love the design and quality, but the relaxed fit was very confusing.

I like the environmental ethos of the company, it states: "Certified organic cotton t-shirt. GM-free. Not tested on animals. Does not contain animal-derived products. Material made in a renewable energy-powered factory, audited for a wide range of social and sustainability criteria. Made to be remade - scan the QR code in the care label to send it back when worn out". What a great idea. My only grumble is that the customer service response was very slow, but once they made contact the resolution was great.

I made a mistake with the address but everybody there was so helpful and patient with me while getting the problem sorted. Much appreciated 🙏

Purchased a child’s hoodie from Teemill which arrived on time as stated but there was a problem with it. Sent them a message and it was dealt with straight away and replacement is on its way well done Teemill, I would recommend this company thank you

Despite my fears of lack of response and difficulty contacting teemill/rapanui…and poor customer service reviews I’d like to say an actual human persisted in calling me to rectify a problem with an unfulfilled order! And a really nice one too! Christina in customer service did all they could to get to bottom of problem and resolve very kindly. Thank you Teemill CS for getting intouch directly when I had an order problem. Give this small business time. They do persist in getting in touch it might just take them longer that the big giants and automated responses.
