Good ordering process and high quality t shirt unfortunately the print disappeared almost completely after the first wash. Shame when its a full back picture. I wouldn't buy again

My order went to an old address. Ashleigh has been unbelievably helpful, patient and kind. I'm elderly - 79 - with arthritis and no car. With no fuss or bother, she has calmly arranged for my order to come to my present address. This is one great company with wonderful staff!

Good price on the items, each item had stains on them, one was easily washed out other was a print issue.
The day of arrival I had emailed the customer service and the initial response took 13 days to get back but once comms has started they were good.
Waiting on the replacement so hence my review.... average

This great garment was sent very promptly, the sizing is perfect (not too small), the quality is lovely, the message is love so that's great too.

Ordered tee shirts from Salty Soul for my grandsons, to be delivered directly to them. They arrived safely and in good time. The larger tee shirts from (age 9-10) was a perfect fit. The smaller (age 5-6), would not go over my grandson’s head!
I messaged the company, who although. Bit slow to respond sent a free returns label and supplied a replacement tee shirt quickly. The second shirt fits!
They are good quality and the logo (Brighton Pier) looks great.

Orders from The Wildlife Trust arrived damaged, wrong size or not at all. Communications to resolve problems were confusing - from Rapanui, from Teemill? Issues eventually resolved positively but it was a long haul.

The people I dealt with were very helpful and we finally got a resolution to the problem

I wanted to set up clothing for my dog therapy business to create my own brand clothes and option for customer sales thenaturenurture.teemill Free set up really great for me and pretty easy to navigate how to set up the designs and product lists. I had a problem with one of my samples which arrived with a hole in it, but Ashleigh from the customer service team, although slow to respond initially (did get a notification to say so) were brilliant in just replacing the item on priority shipping.

Customer services has been second to none. Needed to return an item bought through a third party (great quality product but just the wrong size!) and they went above and beyond as it was not a standard return. Many thanks for your help and making this return so simple.
