Recently bought a caravan from Tom and the team 100% best service I’ve come across in the caravan industry, 100% recommended very good service. Will be back again.

Couldn’t fault the service we received from these guys, from start to finish, they went out of their way to find exactly what we wanted to the specific details and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a caravan.

Please can everyone take extra precautions when buying caravans from tees valley the are a very bad trading company who will Rob you out out 100’s of thousands they don’t list there stock correct very bad for business wouldn’t recommend anyone using them. If you are stupid enough to purchase a caravan from them then please take a caravan technician and damp meter they are selling caravans with a very good description but not telling people about the problems they have terrible customer experience

Just picked up our Elddis Avante 840 yesterday from Tom and the team and I couldn't fault them. Lewis for doing the deal and always keeping in touch. Charlotte for constantly being lovely and friendly with everything I asked of her. Toms great Handover , Valeter / Detailer was brilliant super clean and friendly to talk to. Great team and good to be able to have professionalism mixed with a laugh and no pressure. Will certainly come back for my next one.

We have recently purchased our Swift Eccles from Tom and his team, everything went great from purchase to handover with everything that was agreed in the deal was there on collection. The caravan was cleaned to the highest standard and very well presented for handover. I highly recommend this company if your thinking of a caravan.

After first service found that the caravan had major damp and a damaged roof. We contacted teesvalley caravan's and Nancy said she would phone me back about our damp caravan the next day, this happened three times, now 4 weeks have past and nothing.
No apologies
No goodwill jesture,
Nothing.
Plus warranty not fit for purpose due to the roof being damaged and filled with silicone.
They would not have received one star, but could not review if l didn't. Don't buy from this Company we lost thousands due to damp caravan.

This is the second time we have purchased a caravan from Tom and the team. Their products are hand picked and the best available. They have a personal touch to doing business.

So we decided to come back and buy again.

I have to to thank Liam separately for his amazing service and knowledge.
He is a caravanner and knows the product inside out.

One of the best reasons we found to buying from Tees Valley Caravans was the no pressure sales, we were left to browse with Tom standing by to offer his help when required. During the purchase process from initial deposit right through to handover I can say that it was a personal, friendly and professional service starting with Tom then Nancy and Charlotte in the office to the advice and professionalism from Liam who was also responsible for the handover.
Nothing was a problem and the I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a caravan.

Just picked up our Bailey caravan and we love it. Great service from all of the staff at Tees Valley Caravans. They were friendly and helpful throughout and we are really pleased with our van which was great value for money.

We are over the moon with the service received from start to finish. Visited Tees Valley after viewing what felt like hundreds of vans waiting for the one. This is our first van so we were pretty clueless, until we came accross Liam. He left us to view the vans without being a typical pushy salesman but reassured us he was around should we have any question (little did he know I had as many for him🤣).
Liam made us feel at ease knowing we were buying with peace of mind explaining the gurantee, providing top tips to keep the van in tip top shape and you could tell just how passionate his is about van life. He knew EVERYTHING!! Free storage from purchase was amazing as this gave us time to find and secure our seasonal pitch. Handover was smooth and again Liam answered every question we had which had made us nervous and this completely reassured us but love in particular that we weren't made to feel like we were asking 'silly' questions. Thank you to all at Tees Valley but special thanks to Liam who we feel went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything from walking through the door to pulling away. Wouldn't go anywhere else. When it comes to the time to change/upgrade we will be asking for you...but hopefully for your sake with less questions :)

Their staff are so friendly and helpful. Very open and transparent and the site was immaculate. Their caravans were all spotlessly clean outside and inside with everything just as it should be. I would strongly recommend them.

Just brought our Mercedes Sprinter Campervan home. Love, love, love it - can’t wait for our first trip out 😍. Me and the wife looked on Tees valley caravans web site and picked a list of van to look at.
We spoken to Liam the salesman and he pointed out where the van was, he said if there’s anything he could help us with just give a call and left us to it he was walking around but never came to us until we called he, that’s one thing we liked about him as he was never in your face as we was looking around wish more salespeople was like is.
When we finished looking around we told Liam that we have to go home to have a talk about the vans, we then went back the following day to look at the short list that we picked and again Liam was there and just left us to it.
The day we went to pick up the caravan Liam did the hand over nothing was a problem for him he answered all the questions we had and sorted some small problems out for us.
We would happily recommend Tees valley caravans and Liam..
