Purchased a walking pad before the lockdown (back in March). The delivery was supposed to be quickly as we used fast shipment option. Now 2 months have passed and I’m still struggling to get a refund. They always reply with a strange English asking to be patient. We purchased an expensive walking pad to use during Covid, however this is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs! You’ll have serious issues with items not delivered and no refund.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I waited 3 weeks for a mini dlp projector that wasn't even in stock, despite the website saying it was. Nobody contacted me to tell me this....I had to contact them.
I have repeatedly asked for an alternative product but email replies are patchy...and nothing happens, yet they still have my money. Find another company to buy your electronics from!

I’ve bought a walking pad nearly 2 months ago - I paid for fast delivery to get my order within 8-10 working days and it has obviously not being delivered until now.
This was a gift to be enjoyed during lockdown and I paid more to get it delivered earlier and I’m extremely unsatisfied with Teknistore service.
I’ve been exchanging daily emails with the customer support who had not been supportive at all. Apparently the parcel is in Germany waiting for UPS to collect it and Teknistore is blaming UPS saying the courier is delayed and will update my order soon. I didn’t buy from UPS, I bought from Teknistore!
I have tried to request for a refund which is within the law accordingly to Section 75 if there’s a delay of more than 30 days but Teknistore is refusing to give me a refund and say I need to wait for the Oder which I doubt I’ll receive within the next weeks.
It’s not a cheap item and I cannot afford to buy another one if I don’t get the refund.

After their response here, I can confirm that another week has passed by and the goods haven’t moved. I’ve now emailed them multiple times requesting a refund and they say they cannot refund it because the order is on its way (slight delay of 2 months instead of 10 days). Very poor service!

Another update: I’ve waited for another 10 days and the item hasn’t moved. The company still insist that they cannot give me a refund as the item is still in transit. I’m starting to think this is a scam!!!

I placed an order in April. The delivery details they gave me just said the package had not been handed to the courier. Emailed but every time they said the item had been dispatched, they started to get a bit funny about me emailing them. In the end I asked PayPal to look into it, Teknistore took a whole month to reply to them even though they could have replied with in a day. I now have a refund 2 months down the line.

Money Grabbing No Morals!
Unbelievable excuses for not delivering a thermometer after hiking it up in price by nearly 55 euros! I ordered a IR-201 Digital Thermometer on 4th April 2020 for just under 16 euros including shipping. Today, 27th May 2020 - 7 weeks later, I received an email saying their couriers cannot deliver to the UK at present. However knowing that everyone else is still sending things to the UK, I thought this to be a bit of a lie so I went onto their website to check. Amazingly I find not only can I still order this item for delivery to the UK, but the price has now been raised by over 300% to 69.87 euros BEFORE shipping, which I am sure is the real reason they didn’t send me my original order at the original price.
They have raised the price substantially due to demand because of international developments and are making people pay inflated prices for items that are needed. These people seem to have no morals and just want to grab as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers! I have copies of all receipts to prove this!
Edit: further to your reply, my claims make perfect sense. If you don’t like delays why did it take you 7 weeks to refund me when I paid for expedited shipping?
The main point is - you refunded me without giving me a choice, now you have put the price of the item up by 55 euros from the price I paid originally and then you refund me. Obviously you want everybody to pay the new, higher price, not the lower price I paid originally. This is price bludgeoning, when you unfairly raise prices due to an increase in sales due to a situation such as Coronavirus. So you are trying to make as much money as possible out of other people’s misery. I hope that this now makes sense to you - I can’t make it any clearer!

Taken my money but item still not sent out by the looks this is a drop ship operation. I have ask on what the hold up is ask to hurry it up but no joy.
Fast shipping service may be fast bit so far when they dont dispatch it from there end fast shipping service for nothing as it will take 5 to 12 day fro. When they release it from there warehouse or store.
Which dose not seem to be the case as I have a belief that this mo more then a drop shipper

After this post it took teknistore less then 30 mins to react to this post and as a result they have cancelled the order and refunded me.
All I wanted was my purchase to be sent on it's way but they seem to have some long process to get the item dispatched.
I contacted them yesterday and at 14:00 today I checked and still no dispatch of goods. I went to there website looking for live chat but it was not there.
So in frustration I wrote a review this not meant to be negative feed back for the company. More to make other aware on how technicstore actions there sales only a sale has been made.
Now that I have been refunded by technistore I have to wait till the funds clear before I can look to make another purchase. Adding extra time to me getting the Item i need yesterday.
Before I made the purchase I asked is this item in stock the answer was YES that why I ordered.

I ordered a gas mask and paid about 7 euros for the fast shipping service, which was supposed to take 5-8 working days. It took 1 month for the item to arrive and on arrival it was missing one filter, which made the mask useless, so I contacted them and they sent me the other filter, which took another month. Whenever I asked them about a refund on the fast shipping (which I paid for, but in reality got the free shipping), they simply ignored me.
