I do not advise anyone to order flowers on this server! Our money was simply written off, and my daughter was left without a surprise.
Hello. I want to tell you that ordering a bouquet on your service was a big mistake, because in the end our daughter, who turned 20 on February 21, was left without flowers, and we were without money. In addition, for three days we tried to resolve the issue with the support service, but in the end we only lost a lot of time and nerves.
On the day of delivery, from 8.00 to the evening, my daughter was at home, but the courier never arrived, and the support service said that there was no nameplate on the door. But to do this, we left two phone numbers on the site for communication. They didn't bring flowers either the next day or the next day. We called and tried to resolve the issue, but in the end we were blocked. It was the most terrible service and people just stole our money, howling and having a good mood.

Ordered same day delivery, never received the items, support lying about items being delivered.
I ordered a flower bouquet and a teddy bear for valentines day with the same day delivery, obviously it did not get delivered. Next 2 days I kept trying to contact live support, they just disabled their chat, meanwhile I was also calling their phone number.
First call - an hour wait, I finally get to support, a lady tells me that they will try to contact the florist and call me back in 30 minutes, that never happened.
Second call - 2 hours wait, I finally get to support, when I tell them my issue, they tell me they can't hear me and hang up instantly.
Third call - an hour wait, I get support to answer and they tell me they cannot seem to get an answer from the florist and will keep trying.
Then I tried email - told them the whole situation, gave them pruchase order number, they reply the next day and tell me the florist confirmed the items as delivered, which never happened.
On top of that, I checked in the mark for "Call before delivery", never received any call from delivery and upon ordering it said I will get a confirmation email to rate their services once my items get delivered, that did not happen either.
So they are at this point simply lying to me about my items being delivered, even though as they said, I should have received a phone call and an email confirmation for delivery and since I didn't get either, it should be proof enough for themselves to know that items did indeed not get delivered.
EDIT: I have received a reply here, will edit post when refund is received.
EDIT2: Refunded on 21st of february, a week after the order.

I ordered the flowers from Australia to be delivered in France. The person to receive these were away (unbeknown to me) at the time but the florist phoned and arranged for the bouquet to be chosen when she returned. She has now done this and has some beautiful flowers. How amazing. Thank you

No text card sent
Even though i paid 20 days in advance, there is no text card that I sent. This company is a joke. I email them that they did not send my card and the caretaker tells me it’s in the bouqette or in the instructions paper which is a lie. No apologies, nothing. 👎🏻👎🏻 never buying from this company again. Try others.

Flowers Not Delivered
I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter on Valentine's Day in Lyon France to the 69009 zip code. To date, the flowers have not been delivered, no tracking number received but a receipt to show that the funds were deducted by the bank. Additionally, none of my emails were answered. It is now February 16th, 2023 @2:52 a.m in France, and still no follow-up from this company.
I am totally disappointed in this service.
