I paid for an order which wasn't delivered on time.
Hello,
The order with number FRTF3136135 couldn't be delivered because the destination was closed, so I ask my money back in that case.
You refuse to give me back my money and told me that you will deliver the order in other day (but the person who would receive it wasn't anymore at the destination).
It is still a shame.

Terrible experience and bad customer service
I used them multiple times and they were okay. However, in the last 2 times I had a really bad experience that wiped out all the previous orders experience.
The one before the last one was that I ordered a bouquet and chose the biggest size of that item, however the one that delivered wasn't as big as it was supposed to be when I compared the pictures on their website and the one that was delivered, and when I emailed them and sent them the pictures of the flowers that was sent, they said that after analyzing the pictures "In their opinion the size of the delivered order was correct". I said to myself, okay I won't order a bigger size anymore, because it will be a waste of money to pay extra money and don't receive what I paid for.
The worst experience was with my last order which was a few days ago. I ordered a bouquet of Red Tulip to be sent to my fiancée in here birthday. I placed the order 3 days before her birthday and of course requested the order to be delivered on her birthday date. I also ordered a pack of Macarons to be sent with the flowers.
Here is what happened:
1- The order didn't arrive on that day. It was delivered a day later, which means my fiancée got the flowers a day later after her birthday (useless)
2- The package was missing the macarons.
3- The flowers that was sent were horrible, and didn't look anything like the ones on their website, even my fiancée made a joke with me and said: tell them you are sending flowers for a birthday event not to someone's funeral.
That was the worst experience ever. What's even worse, is that when I contacted euroflorist.fr to complain and sent them pictures of the flowers that was received, they didn't acknowledge any of my complaints nor apologizing for ruining such a birthday gift. They didn't even apologize that order was delivered a day late.
That was the worst customer service experience I ever had with a merchant.
Anyway, I learned my lesson and won't use them ever again of course, and I already filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.
My advice to anyone who was thinking about using euroflorist.fr is to find another florist and stay away from them.

Easy to use
Easy to use, instructions are clear. Communications about products are good but could be improved, if it is time sensitive for deliver it is not confidence inspiring if the email says within 3 days.

At first package could not be delivered…
At first package could not be delivered as agreed upon. However the company let me know right away and offered to send a bigger bouquet at their cost. They are efficient at communication. I can t get give them 5 stars as the next delivery had to be a week later. The company offered my money back if that time frame did not work.

Being based in England
Being based in England, I was a little apprehensive about using as I knew nothing about the company but, the flowers were absolutely stunning. I would have no hesitation in recommending Euroflorist France and will definitely use them again.

Worth the claim as best Flower bouquets delivery
I wanted a lovely Amarylis bouquet for Christmas time for my friend that would be subtle but lovely. She lives in Toulouse, France, and I live in New York City, USA.
She was surprised and delighted! I'll definitely use again!!

An email saying they were delivered would also have been good, as would a photo of what was actually sent in order to be able to compare it to the order. It’s hard to give a fabulous review when very often you don’t know what was sent compared with what you ordered.
