The flowers were not delivered on the…

The flowers were not delivered on the date I chose. It was not same or next day service. It was not an arrangement only a flowering plant. You did not do well.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I placed two orders for delivery to my French aunts for their Christmas tables - they have got nothing! The first delivery was not made, the delivery service stated that the receiver had been contacted by phone and had agreed to travel to a pick-up point. Absolute rubbish, no attempt was made to delivery the flowers and as my aunt is unable to leave her house there is no way she would agree to travel to collect her flowers. She has also verified no missed calls. - Failure 1
Next, another order, another failure. When I chased up why the delivery had not been made on 23rd. I was told that the order had been correctly placed but that the florist had not "seen" the order. Instead of immediately getting the flowers on their way I was asked if I wanted a refund!! When I replied that I still wanted the flowers delivered I got a reply telling me that I was getting a refund!
I am furious, both flowers and delivery are not cheap, plenty of notice was given, and the reaction from customer service was hopeless - instead of rushing some flowers to my relatives as soon as they possibly could they just refunded my money and walked away.
Two Christmas tables bare thanks to Euroflorist and no chance of my being able to rectify the situation.
Words fail me......
UPDATE - I sent the requested information and I have heard absolutely nothing. They have obviously used a standard reply to my review as, if they'd read it, they would see that NO flowers were delivered. AVOID

The worst service ever, don't use it

The worst service ever. Please don't use this company if you want to make a good impression to someone or if you want to have your flowers delivered fresh and on time.
I placed the order on Friday the 16th for delivery on the 20th on my mother in law's birthday.
The flowers are still undelivered and today is 21st.
I called the delivery company asking why it has been delayed for 24 hours they said the flowers were sent late from Euroflorist and advised me to go pick them up from their Depo. Well I'm in England and they are in France?!?!?!
Today I called Euroflorist and they said that the flowers were sent to delivery Company on time and they will be delivered today, no apologies no other explanation, no nothing.
Well her birthday was yesterday not today so I had to apologize to her about not sending nothing for her birthday.
Of course the flowers are not fresh anymore and who knows what she'll get today?!?!!? Probably more apologies from me.
Awful service, terrible experience...not doing it again with them.

Update:
It hasn't been delivered on the 21st either and we had no message, email or anything to let us know it won't be delivered today.
Such a bad experience, the worst service ever...

Very happy with the result!

The delivery went as you informed me. Even a very small Village was no problem for you!!! The receiver has sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked beautiful!!!

Omg I ordered a very nice bouquet for…

Omg I ordered a very nice bouquet for my girlfriend and I ordered for same day delivery and because it was in remote town like a village in middle of nowhere the company still managed to deliver in 6 hours time which i didnt belied it woul be possible, they delivered what was exactly in the picture and I recommend this company to everyone who wants to use it

I would give Zero stars if I could!
Ordered flowers well in advance and was offered particular dates of delivery- selected my mother’s birthday- the flowers didn’t arrive and after chasing the issue was told they would arrive the next day, they still didn’t come and apparently they are still in transit… they will obviously be dead if they ever do arrive, which will be horrible and very sad for my mother to receive!
I emailed but received no response.
I contacted the company again today on their chat function and was offered either a refund OR a similar bouquet- presumably to be sent on some random date in the who knows when! Perhaps in time for her next birthday!
I feel in the circumstances it would be reasonable to have been given both a refund AND fresh flowers-I ordered for a birthday and any time after the occasion is unacceptable.
The service I received is poor and I certainly would not recommend this careless company to anyone wishing to send a gift to a loved one for any special occasion.
*what was the issue with the address? It’s in a street!! - if the delivery firm used is unreliable it reflects on you - sort it out would be my advice!
Issues occur sure, but how the issues are dealt with make the difference.

we are sorry to read about your disappointment

as you can see on the tracking number sent to you by email we gave the bouquet to be delivered on the correct date to the courrier but they had to delay for 24 hours and then they tried to deliver but there was an issue with the address apparently.

We offered you the delivery of a similare bouquet by a local florist or a refund but you opeted for the refund of the order which has been done.

The refund will appear on your account within 5 business days.

We apologies again for the inconvenience and hope this provide sufficient information.
