First time at Telerepair after my previous, favourite repairshop closed down, so I didn’t expect much. But troubleshooter of the day, Ovi, went above and beyond: Problem solved in a tiff within an absolutely acceptable pricerange and with a “can do” positive and smiling attitude. Sooo… I’ve got myself a new favourite repairshop!

Met with a bright smile. Had to be in a meeting and asked if it could be done within 1 hour and he said 40 minutes. He even put in a new battery while fixing my phone! Truly amazing! I absolutely recommend these guys - not the first or last time I use them. Thank you for the help ❤️

Fantastic service! I came in with a broken screen and a bad battery and they fixed it immediately for a very reasonable price. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend!

If I could give 6 stars, I would!!! I had dropped my phone and the screen had gone completely black. I was kind of nervous to turn my phone in, because I was afraid my photos might somehow get deleted, but Vio checked that my phone was still reactive, and said he needed half and hour to diagnose the problem. When I came back, he said he had "bad news," and clicked the home button. :) TO MY SURPRISE I could see my purple eiffel tower home screen once again, and all my photos and old text messages were still there!! In just half an hour, he had already fixed my phone and made it good as new! Thank you so much! And from now on, I'll be making sure to ALWAYS back up my phone! :)

Had both my phone screen and laptop screen fixed in Lyngby. One of the few that can repair Huawei Fantastic super, friendly service, high effeciency and above what was necessary. Doesn't get better.

Alex was really helpful. Willing to fix my screen, even though other shops would only accept changing my screen. Job was done in 20 mins. Excellent!

I went to the shop on Fiolstræde 40 in the center of Copenhagen for an urgent problem with my iPhone. The service from the guy who helped me was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the issue very quickly!

I walked into the Frederiksberg location, and right away I was met with outstanding service. I walked in with a false diagnostic from another repair store in which I was told I had no other choice but to replace the entire screen! Turns out, it was inaccurate as within minutes my phone was fixed by a disconnection with my touch sensor. Thank you so much telerepair!!!!

Super unrealistic price estimate, a tablet is 1200 dkk when new, they are willing to charge 1500 for an USB port replacement.
Common people, wake up !

I was on vacation in Copenhagen, had some trouble with my phone and got very excellent service her. The people who work here are skilled and very helpful. If you need any assistance: this is the place to be.
