My MacBook crashed and I went to get it fixed. The super friendly guy fixed it in 5 minutes and even explained what happened + what I should do to avoid something similar in the future. I wanted to pay but because it was such a fast fix, he insisted that I shouldn't.

I took my broken iPhone to Humac who recommended that I replace the screen for 1400kr and the repair would take 2-4 days. When I came to Telerepair in Frederiskberg, they fixed my phone in a few minutes by restoring the software and not having to replace any parts. Great and quick service!

Anmeldelsen nedenfor forårsagede at jeg dels fik udført min reparation korrekt dels at jeg blev kompenseret passende for den ekstra tid og frustration jeg havde været udsat for. Jeg skal derfor gerne anbefale Telerepair. Virksomheden ville dog have gavn af at opdatere sine kvalitetsretningslinjer og kvalitetskontrol(både for booking og services). Så ville denne type redninger ikke være nødvendige.
Repair in max 60 minutes -- tada - even though time was booked in advance it took me 1hour 50 minutes before I had my phone back for a screen replacement. And the protective glass I had ordered initially was not available so this was not done. Initially I booked a time where I was advised it was not possible because the spare part was not available. I was supposed to be called for a new appointment, but did not receive a call, even though shop claims they did call(you can see who called, right). The price was quite high - I can at the moment buy a new phone for only 150 DKK more than the price of the repair :( And my Screen now have some white illegible marking instead of Huawei. The 2 star is because the phone actually did get repaired and is working.

There is a very helpful guy at telerepair vesterbro. He has a lot of knowledge about smartphones and repairs. I've got my phone fixed in no time an cheap! Highly recommended!!

I got fixed my iPhone 7 screen at Telerepair in Frederiksberg. It only took 20 minutes and the phone was like new. I got a very professional service and guidiance. I really recommend this business!

Fast and reliable. I always use telerepair when my kids break their iPads. I have been there around 5 times, and every time I get my iPads fixed, they are like new again.
