Johyse was a great assistance today with me for how to add the information I needed to put on a phone by doing it online as to doing it on the phone itself. She helped me with finding the location in the account online and it made it much easier and I thanked her greatly!

I called 3 times. The first time I called the fellow hung up accidently before I got my new number so my phone wouldn't work at all! I borrowed a phone and called again. This lady gave me the new phone number but didn't walk me through how to get it working on my phone. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do and she said 'No'. Then I called using my friends phone one last time and Lucas answered. He needs to be in charge of teaching everyone how to handle changing a phone number. He is an Excellent customer service angel and helped me with the entire setup as well as, answered all my questions. I was able to receive and make calls after help with Lucas but not with the other two people. Thank you Lucas for helping me change my number and getting it to work. I had a scammer and I couldn't keep my old number. Blessings from Houston!

They reply to my questions very quickly and clearly. Even work on weekend and night time. And they explain that I am concerned patiently. Also the service for using of balance data for different plan is very good for customer.

Due to an unfortunate mishap, my smartphone became unusable, and the process of restoring my eSIM was a complete nightmare. I tried calling the designated support number repeatedly, but it wouldn't connect; I then reached out via email, but the alternative number they provided didn't go through either. I was truly at a loss and began to feel utterly hopeless. Finally—on my third attempt using yet another number provided via email—I was able to get through and speak with someone. My English proficiency is limited, so I imagine our conversation was difficult to follow, but the support agent assisted me with great patience, and we were able to successfully restore my service. I am deeply grateful for the support I received, though I do wish it were a bit easier to get through to the support line in the first place.

It's a good prepaid service for US. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. Their roaming abilities were limited but other than that had no issues, used the sim for over 2 years

Couldn't send it receive text messages on tello. Rcs worked but not sms. Samuel helped me navigate through a couple menus and figure out how to text again! Thanks!

Tello by far the lowest cost cell phone service. Their phones are somewhat higher if you purchase from them but the service itself is outstanding.
I have been with them for several years now never had a dropped call or issue. I recently had to email customer service for I bought a new phone. They responded within a few hours told me exactly what to do on their web page a shazam! up and running in minutes.
Rarely have to use customer service for everything just works as it should. You do have to pay extra if you go out of country you'll need to pre-purchase for international service at what I believe is a great idea rather then having others pay for those who do travel to other countries by those who don't.
Yes I travel a lot but use wifi in other countries to make calls for free. No I do not use for business this is my personal phone and don't need to be in touch every second while on vacation. Rare occasion I do I can purchase extra time/data or just wing it with wifi. Tello you don't hear about much for they don't have huge advertising budget which I believe helps them keep cost low. I love their service and highly recommend.
Support from Tello is just great. I had different service from other prepaid service provider but there was simply no realistic support. I had to spend hours to communicate with actual human, but the person simply did not get my problem at all. This Tello team is totally different experience and I strongly recommend Tello!
